I absolutely love this place! They are extremely welcoming even if you are shy I promise they will make an effort to reach out to you. The classes are amazing and the instructors are fire!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

What an amazing experience I had at rush cycle from being greeted so friendly to walking my friend and I through the process of setting up for the class and it was so much fun! Something very different but definitely empowering, the instructor was wonderful at conducting the class and pushing us to give it our all!
