Great Costumer service from a female employee. She resolved international card problem. On the West side store all they did was discrimination to me and my son.They said USA Sam store were not taking Mexican membership cards.To me that was discrimination.Today I was going to report this situation but dicide to go to Airways Sams store.I will be calling Costumer Service to do a report on West side Sams Store.I talked to a manager to let her know of the good Service that your employee gave me. Appreciated very much for her speaking two languages, also regret not writing down her name but the manager knows who she is. Time of my purchase was at 10:09am Date 4/14/21 Sincerely Mrs Favila.

The scan and go line at the cafe is a joke. The regular line is at least 3 times faster than the scan and go. This only applies to the cafe. Otherwise, scan and go for groceries is more convenient.

I've had mostly good experiences in this store until last night. The cashier was at a very low speed rate scanning items from the customer ahead of me, it took her about 10 min. When my turn arrived, she screwed up by accidentally scanning 2 items TWICE without even telling me, instead she just had the supervisor canceling everything and starting all OVER again then I asked her why? (by this time I had been another 5 min.) she just said "because you got confused on how the voided items look on the screen" (as if that was my fault rather than admitting her mistakes in the 1st place). I told her that it took too long to get our turn, plus the time it took to solve her mistakes. She raised her voice at me and starting arguing!. then she wouldn't even let me use the cash reward, which I told her that would and guess what.. one more cancellation took place!.. (About 15 min taken by this time) and she would be arguing, very rude and never admitting her mistakes caused by her poor performance. I talked to the manager on duty about this, and provided some feedback bc cashiers deal with MONEY and TIME, scanning multiple items twice by mistake is a big deal and at least they should handle those issues professionally (as customers we understand they may occur) rather than starting an argument, is not appropriate. The manager was professional and receptive about this feedback.

Y'all should really make sure that your hours are updated on Google. I'm not sure who changed Sundays to show that you guys don't close until 8:00, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who wasted time and gas driving over there only to see that y'all are closed regular hours at 6:00

Sam's club in the NE is definitely better than the one at Cielo Vista. Better organized, neater aisles, less people, friendlier employees.

The cashier's are not well trained to be here by themselves. Ten items and it took 15 minutes. Really sad that these large stores can't train employees

Very disappointed. We’ve been coming to this Sam’s for a very long time. We bought a iRobot that all of a sudden stopped working. We came for an exchange not a return and they did not let us do it. The girl was able to find the receipt in the system and we let her know we wanted to get another, we didn’t want to return, we wanted to get another one even if it cost more. We know they let you return items especially if they are able to find the receipt in the system .We will have to take our business elsewhere, again just very disappointed since we do have to go to a different location.
