Staff and especially the so called manager were very rude and unprofessional. Don't recommend this office at all.

Stopped by for a loan and Juan took care of my application process. He was very helpful and had the best customer service, great attitude. Definitely will refer people to him.

The employees at this establishment are very unprofessional and rude. Just on customer service alone, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Your phone etiquette and listening skills are subpar.
