Cashier had no idea how to do a return. Couldn't find her phone to call the manager. First thing she went to was her rather large lunch order on the counter. I did not purchase what I came into the store for. Wrong color. Manager talked me into them and said I could do a return. She made no mention of store credit only. I spent a long time doing videos and photos and when I realized the price of the garter, 32.99 plus tax (ridiculously high). I was just ready to leave the store since I had been in there such a long time... She spent a lot of time trying to sell me a pole. Pleasant chit chat but thus whole experience was a waste of my time. I am totally dissatisfied with my experience at this Business. Buyer beware. Sweet talking sakes manager at work here. Inexperienced cashier...Bad Experience.

This location is so much better than the their location on Gateway, the Gateway location is horrible and the lady thay was working the register makes you feel like an inconvenience and like your wasting her time. Go to this location it's so much nicer (desert blvd)

I had an amazing experience there. Erica helped me out get my very sex toy and how to clean it and explained ways to get the best experience out of it. I got home and used it like she said and it was amazing. Amazing customer service and really cute employees

This was a very clean and female friendly sex shop. I'm from Houston and wanted to peek in since my friend wanted to get a new wand. The store smelled so good and was very bright. No weirdos in the store at all which is a plus when your a female trying to find a sexy outfit or a toy. The cashier was very helpful with assisting my boyfriend and my friend about some items. I highly recommend this shop if your on this side of town. The bonus is there is no theater so you don't have to worry about someone following you around the store thinking your there to go in the booth
