Bad service, today I went and they looked at me very badly and just asked me if everything was okay, they even told me that if I had stolen anything I should return it, very racist and discriminatory, I will not go back and I hope this does not happen to anyone and that they do something about the staff.

I went to the sephora store in Cielo Vista Mall. Had very great customer service and experience with the staff. One of the sales associates was knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. Have a great selection of products. I was also recommend this store to my friends.

I came in for a sunblock and tanning drops. I had paid with a Sephora gift card and before leaving I had asked if I would need the same gift card to receive a refund and if I would have it refunded on a Sephora gift card. The lady who helped me said yes. I came back to return the products and instead of a Sephora gift card I'm stuck with a Kohl's gift card even though I was told I would be given it back on a Sephora gift card. Customer service was awful and they didn't have what I needed in stock so I left with an awful experience. Stick to the Sephora at Cielo vista.

I bought a 40 ml glow recipe watermelon drops and the bottle that came inside was 15 ml, that was one. When I lost my nerve and was going to use it, the bottle was empty!!! ?

Best Sephora experience of my life! Historically, I have avoided Sephora stores in general because of the attitude of employees. Not today! I had the pleasure of meeting Steven within 5 minutes of my arrival. He was so kind and genuine with his approach to help me with my troubled skin & make up concerns. It’s not always easy to share that with a total stranger, but he quickly provided a conversation of safety when he repeated back what I had shared. He patiently walked me through the store showing me products I was interested in and sharing recommendations, under the guidance of his expertise as a licensed esthetician. I observed him look over the ingredient list, making sure to check for anything that might conflict with my skin goal. Speaking of goals, I haven’t seen skin as RADIANT as his since I used to work with models in NYC a lifetime ago! He definitely practices what he preaches! I was also very impressed with management. I have worked as one for over a decade and it’s so important to celebrate your team, especially when you have someone as valuable as Steven on board. When we said our goodbyes, the manager or supervisor had overheard me express my gratitude and experience to Steven as “the best Sephora experience of my life” and was quick to acknowledge that immediately in front of the team.I have had a rough go at life these last few years. I have suffered losses that most don’t go through and should never go through so when a stranger treats me as gently, openly, kindly, and genuine as Steven did, it’s something I will always remember. Thank you for being you, Steven!

I got excellent customer service from Pedro. He was busy stocking but took the time to ask me if I was looking for anything in particular, which I was. He then showed me the SPF products I was interested in and explained them to me, let me test the lotion samples as well as priced checked them too. Very pleased with my experience, thank you!
