Jair the young man who attended me provides EXCELLENT customer service. I visited a FedEx store earlier today to get an estimate on shipping cost, I was in line but leaning against a counter because of my foot pain and I was a little dizzy as well, someone else who walked into the FedEx store after me got called first, and the man who finally called me was so unfriendly. The person I spoke to on the telephone earlier at this UPS store on the other hand was very friendly and helpful so I came here. I did have questions about the services offered at this store however due to budget constraints I went ahead and took a chance on my boxes as I packed them myself. Jair was knowledgeable and quick in explaining to me the options available, very professional. I will be coming here again next time and if I need to ship something of higher value I will absolutely pay extra for your packaging services!”

The gentleman working that morning was AWESOME! wasnt shy about asking if I needed help, and even taking over at some point to make sure job was done correctly.
