“After moving across the country, we realized the trailer wouldn't fit in our new apartment complex. I called and talked to Allison who offered a few suggestions. We ended up driving to El Paso with a truck to load our things into from the trailer. Freddy was amazingly helpful and helped me back the truck up to be right by the trailer. He also gave us some waters which was very needed in this heat. I'm extremely grateful that they allowed us to unload on site instead of a home delivery as it definitely saved us some money. Jair the young man who attended me provides EXCELLENT customer service. I visited a FedEx store earlier today to get an estimate on shipping cost, I was in line but leaning against a counter because of my foot pain and I was a little dizzy as well, someone else who walked into the FedEx store after me got called first, and the man who finally called me was so unfriendly. The person I spoke to on the telephone earlier at this UPS store on the other hand was very friendly and helpful so I came here. I did have questions about the services offered at this store however due to budget constraints I went ahead and took a chance on my boxes as I packed them myself. Jair was knowledgeable and quick in explaining to me the options available, very professional. I will be coming here again next time and if I need to ship something of higher value I will absolutely pay extra for your packaging services!”
“Had to make a quick stop on the morning of July 9th, print and laminate a document prior to flying out of El Paso. The gentleman working that morning was AWESOME! wasnt shy about asking if I needed help, and even taking over at some point to make sure job was done correctly. Great experience when i needed to be in and out. And i didnt even tell him i was heading out of town. Best costumer service experience in a while! Give that man a raise!”
“The quality of service provided by all of the staff at this location. It is always amazing and greatly appreciated. Claudia and her staff always provide excellent customer service to us and all customers. They already know us by name and make it a point to make sure that our needs are met every time we go into the store.
