Do NOT get internet through spectrum. I've been going through them for the past 3 months and it's like a special day if I actually have Internet. I've had someone at my house 3 times now to fix the problem and after yesterday I just haven't had Internet at all. Even when I do have Internet, it's up for about 10 minutes then it crashes out again. I've given up on having someone fix it. They'll say it's fixed then as soon as they leave the internet crashes again. I had spectrum back in 2018 and they were terrible back then too.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. There is one staff member that is fantastic but the rest are rather rude. Save yourself some time and take care of your business over the phone or online unless you have time to be irritated.

Worst experience ever came in to return an equipment told them the whole issue we had since we got the service and said they couldn’t do anything because my name wasn’t in the account explain the whole situation to guy about why I was showing up with and ID and the account number and still didn’t want to help out at all saying that if I left the equipment there we where still going to get charged no matter because there’s no proof of my dropping it off just because of a mistake spectrum did by adding a zumo box without our consent

I canceled my service before I left in August. They still charged me for two months after I canceled, and claim the equipment I dropped off at the store "did not get turned in". I now have a ridiculous outstanding balance with a debt collector that ruined my credit score. By all means, find any other service provider in the area and avoid Spectrum at all costs, because it will certainly cost you more than a dollar amount. Unacceptable behavior coming from the only decent internet option available on Ft Bliss. Boingo isn't the greatest, but they won't eagerly screw you over like Spectrum. I am not paying for a service I did not use, nor equipment I returned to the store that magically disappeared.

On January 15 of this year I canceled my mobile account and I received notice that they were going to charge it to my account on February 6, on the 4th I spoke with a person named Miguel and he told me that it was already canceled, he sent me an email with the cancellation, but even so today at 1:45 in the morning they told me that they had already charged it. I spent almost an hour wasting time on the phone to get charged anyway.
I don't know what we're playing, I had to write this in a previous comment because it didn't give me the option, today is February 6, 2025. It's a nightmare
