One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t want to leave a review, but people need to be aware of the service the workers offer. Spectrum is a joke. They need to have better training for their employees. It took way too long to get an upgrade on my phone(which was cancelled the same day) just so the lousy employee could mess the whole process up. It’s way too long to explain what went wrong. But know that it’s due to the lack of knowledge these ppl have . Please do your self a favor and get t mobile in stead. Unless you enjoy subpar service. Avoid this place.

So slow! I just wanted to return equipment and had to wait over an hour. Why is it so dang slow?!

My husband and I just moved back to El Paso so we went to the Spectrum Store on George Dieter to get service for our new home. There were several people waiting and we did not have an appointment so we had about a 20 minute wait. Perfectly understandable and considering the time that each customer takes up it really wasn’t too bad. When we were called up we were greeted by Eric who was courteous, professional and friendly. He was great at answering all our questions and patiently explained what the different promos had to offer. He helped us choose an internet and streaming package that met our needs. We were very happy with the customer service we received.

Waited for over two hours and left! 5 stations for employees and only two occupied by employees. One employee walked out from the back room but had no intention of helping customers and went back in. Very poor customer service!

Slow as molasses for anything yet fast to charge any service. They have 5 employees on the floor, yet 3 are working while 13 customers are waiting. Bring a picnic because you are going to be here a long time.

I am currently looking to order home wifi but after reviewing your comments page. The negativity about your service outweighs the positive so, sorry spectrum, I lost interest and will go with Verizon.

They seriously take SO long to see the customers. Sat here for almost an hour just waiting. Ended up being here 2 hours. Ridiculous.
