Arlene always has the best attitude and customer service I've seen in a long time. She always has a smile on her face and such an amazing attitude even early in the morning. Great job Arlene! Speedway on yarbrough next to Dunkin Donuts.

Cashier rude, and not helpful, asked if I could help with the App, and she just smirked. Cand remember her name but was a blonde lady in her 50’s I would say.

I have been a customer of this particular Speedway for about two years and a half; in this specific location, there have been management changes, and overall the service is excellent. Conveniently, located in a corner I like because they have a lot of gas pumps, the manager he's excellent even though he's a new manager he's doing a great job in this store. I want to give him congratulations. Everything is appropriately restocked as soon as the item runs out. For example, I like the Nos energy drink, and when it runs out, it gets reloaded immediately; that's what I expect.Also, I like that it is at a temperature that's fresh and cold.They have restrooms for ladies, and they have bathrooms for gentlemen; they have a section for pets, they have an area for your cars, a selection for your phone accessories, and they also have a section for lottery tickets. I promise you won't be disappointed

To the girl cashier that was working today, Thursday, November 3, 2022, at around 9:00 PM, she was extremely rude. Giving an attitude for trying to purchase items & literally saying “Byeee” as I’m trying to put my card in.

Cashier rang up my items wrong Monday night and could not refund my money because of store policy. I wasn't mad at him. Mistakes happen. The single shot fireball was displayed as singles but rang up as a 10 pack. Had to go out of my way to go back in when I could so I could have Carmen, the manager, refund me. She argued with me while people piled behind me in line about how she couldn't refund my money.. giving excuse after excuse why she couldn't.." the cashier didn't tell her about it, we don't sell these items in singles ( although they are still displayed as singles), you didnt come and get the refund soon enough" She acted like it was MY fault the mistake was made. I came when I could and it was still within the same work week, only 3 days later. I was already going out of my way because of THEIR mistake. She finally refunded me my 20 dollars, but I made a point to take my money elsewhere after. Will never go back, she was beyond rude.

6-29-2022 10:30 waited more than 20 minutes for someone to come out and unlock the doors since sign on the door said be back in 5 mins and no one ever came so I just ended up leaving. What a waste of time. I don’t normally complain but I always receive horrible customer service at this location and this was the last straw. And it seems like employees do not know how to work rewards accounts. Also a female employee once made fun of me not having any shoelaces on my shoes and flashed laser for scanner in my eyes then said it was because I looked like someone she knew??

FIRE THE MALE EMPLOYEE AND HIS BOSS CARMEN FROM 0320am mon 5/9/22 for refusing to give me a bag for my 3 packaged cookies.I asked him once, he did not even acknowledge me, then pushes my cookies to me with no bag so i asked again, then he says "Carmen my boss said we can only use bags for beer".They were thin small plastic, for beer?

I literally sat and waited for 32 minutes. The gentleman and lady inside just looked at the customers outside and laughed. I will go out of my way from now on to avoid this store.
