Been coming here for years. And not till today did I feel the need to leave a review. Attendant Adriana, was and is super rude. And I mean rude. I came in wanting an exchange of propane and there is clearly 5 to 6 new propane that have blue cap covers and Adriana tells me that there is no propane left. after I pointed out that there’s six new tanks, she then changes her story, saying the system won’t let her charge it out . I don’t know if it was true or she was just simply being lazy not wanting to go outside and open the door. I would have believed her story if she wasn’t being so rude. Other attendance here are always super friendly and nice and are willing to help out even if their system doesn’t let them. So please whoever is in charge of this location. Have a look at Adriana. I wonder how she’s treating other customers.

Came to the store on 2-26-2024 about 11pm and the attendant chubby with long hair not sure if female or male had the door locked and had scout 3 customers waiting outside while he was cleaning the store , didn’t have a sign up saying anything , he never once said we are closed or any type of hand gestures to advise us the store would be closed , we waited literally 15 min at the door and he/she never had the courtesy to say anything to us. I thought it was very rude.They should at least have a sign up sayin the store is closed for maintenanceTime is valuable.They need to do better.

Seriously the worst gas station in the valley and maybe even El Paso, out of the 12 pumps only 4 to 5 of the card readers work at any time and they always have yellow bags over the pumps. Was 100 times better when was a Chevron

First and for most HORRIBLE customer service! I have yet to encounter a nice friendly employee. Two, I have gone in there to buy coffee on several occasions and have had to leave my cup there with ice or coffee because their creamer machine never seems to have creamer. And when I let the clerk know she walks to the creamer machine with an attitude as if I'm interrupting her standing around behind the counter. Today was no different I went in there again same problem it was 7:30 in the morning my daughter had to be at practice at 7:50. It took the lady 7 minutes to walk to the back and get the creamer when I saw she wasn't coming out I had to loudly say "let me just pay for this" I ended up leaving my cup there full of ice. No coffee for me this morning! SMH! I NEED A STARBUCKS CLOSE TO MY HOUSE!
