I had an interview with the manager and it’s unbelievable that she was so unprofessional for not being there for the time set and I go ask the cashier and he respond with the manager wouldn’t be back till 12:30 or 1:00 pm I can’t believe she’s is even a manager

Horrible service , I put gas and when I paid the gas pump didn’t work and they told me that it hasn’t been working but still let me put gas on that pump

I had bought this cup at the horizon location for a bout $12. I never had a problem going for a refill the last two times I used it, until today. The older lady clerk that attended to me wanted to charge me 3 cups. Then proceeded to tell me that they have never sold this cup at their location….let me tell you I was taken back lol.

Very bad experience with a young man on night shift, the young man has glasses, very arrogant, he makes the clientele wait because he feels very important, he denies you everything, he says that there is not even a plastic bag to carry the product you bought, what a bad service with that young man the other employees are like jerry

The cashier Adam with the glasses is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered. So unprofessional and rude. The store is always so clean and stocked but Adam makes you not want to come back. I can tell even his coworkers are fed up with him by the conversations I’ve had with them. But I do love this location everyone else is so nice.

Going to the store before I have had my coffee was pointless. It started off ok, of the three ladies that were there one greeted me and was very polite. As I approach the register the cashier and the assistant manager Sylvia were talking, fine. Until I was able to catch on to their convo! Commenting on the customers that were coming in for gas when there was none. I walked in for coffee and I didn't read the sign on the door..didn't see it! Regardless, I can assure you that many that come for gas also didn't see it. The problem that I have is not that there is no gas the problem that I have is that they carried on for about 3 minutes about how annoyed they are that customers were coming in and how it is that they can not read signs, AND IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS !!! I find it in very poor taste and unprofessional to carry on like that in front of customers. Half of us are in a rush and do not take the time to read signs...the other half haven't had their coffee. Do better Speedway!

Customer Service is a hit or miss. Watch for drivers that drive fast coming/going to Starbucks which is literally right next door
