On 1/30/24 my wife and I changed from AT&T to T-Mobile. We had the pleasure of having Team Member Lizette assist us in getting our new service. Lizette was the most polite, mild mannered and it was a pleasure of working with her getting our service established. She was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience in getting our service established. Glad we had her. Also I could see that there were other customers who were also helped by Team members and and all treated with great respect. This will definitely be the store of my choice in any future visits.

Zero regards for selling or attempting anything what a joke.... ready to do an upgrade an Josh basically didn't even try.... since they are all busy...... I would not had allowed this to happen at my stores when i was a manager.... needless to say I will do business atanother store..... pathetic

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I was provided at the T-Mobile located at Joe Battle/Montana. We arrived at 7:20 pm on Thursday to add a line to my account and during this visit we had to contact customer service to complete the transaction. After other customers left an employee raised up the volume so loud it was difficult to hear the customer rep on the phone. I proceeded to ask for help and Alexis who was not helping us but rather standing nearby while texting was laughing making eye contact with the employee helping us. In addition, she made other rude comments and her body language truly expressed she was bothered we were there prior to closing time which she made clear was 8:00 pm.

This review is long overdue, but back in June, I switched my family phone plan from Cricket to T-Mobile and could not be happier. I am so satisfied with the service because I called in advance to schedule an appointment due to some of the family coming from out of town, and our time availability was limited. The manager, Lizette, was very understanding, gave great recommendations, and discussed the best time to come in and what information would be needed to make the process as smooth as possible.When my family arrived at the store, Marc assisted us with porting all four numbers, plus getting new phones. Two of the phones had to be ordered because they were sold out. Marc was excellent in helping us with porting over issues. While waiting for the phones to arrive, he provided us with T-Mobile sim cards so we didn’t have to keep paying for our Cricket plan and could already become T-Mobile customers with our numbers ported over on our unlocked phones. Marc was attentive to our needs and updated us on our order status. He even helped us switch over the sim cards to our new devices when they arrived and answered any questions.Marc was very kind and displayed that he genuinely cared about his customers. He even wanted to make sure we were aware of what T-Mobile Tuesdays were and that we could download the app and the T-Mobile app to stay up to date with everything we needed. Thanks to Marc, our first experience as T-Mobile customers was beyond amazing. If we did not have Marc, I honestly don’t think we would have been happy with T-Mobile and probably would have transferred back. Still, thanks to Marc and his incredible and excellent customer service, I love T-Mobile and am so satisfied. Even though I live across the country, I would be willing to continue to come back to this store for upgrades, and more when I visit rather than go to another store just because of our experience!

I’m not sure what all these people working at this location actually doWent in to try and get a number switched from metro to their company and were turned downAll they had to do is pull up my account to see what their employee did and try to fix it she made a number error and they could have seen it if they really cared for their customersVery disappointed

As soon I walked into the store I was greeted and felt welcomed! Leslie was my rep, 100% courteous and professional. She answered every one of my questions. And if she didn’t have an answer she would go out of her way to find answer for me! Best customer service I have received from any wireless company! I have no problem going back to visit this store at all! Thank you Leslie for your help in switching providers without any turbulence. It was smooth sailing the whole way! Outstanding hire T-Mobile!.
