Provided an inspo picture and still did not get what I asked for , she told me she would only cut an inch and a half off and it was more than that , she told me she would give me LONG layers and she did not do that , she destroyed my hair , it is choppy and it looks horrible. I have never wrote a bad review before but it’s not fixable I tried going home and styling it myself and it looks so bad, I paid 62 dollars to get my hair destroyed.

The haircut costed way to much especially because I had to go to another place to get it fixed. I asked for layers and face frame. My hair was styled after so it wasn’t until that night that I washed my hair and saw the right side was shorter than the other. The layers were a mess. Very frustrating for $70.

This salon is so cute and in my opinion fancy. They have a drink menu you can order from and it’s free! Also they came around often asking if I wanted anything else to drink and also if I wanted chocolate or chips. I was in yr chair for a while but I haven’t a lot of hair and always expect 4 hours in the chair. Priscilla did an amazing job and I specifically picked her due to her being a blonding specialist. I’m a dirty blonde naturally and it’s really hard to find stylist/cosmetologist who do exactly what I want, get me a light as I want, and tone me to the tone I want BUT she did it! I’m very happy! I’m a cosmetologist myself so I can spot mistakes or lines easily and I had none. Everything was perfect. Yes a bit pricey but if you want it done right, you gotta pay the price. I’ll be back! Thank you for an amazing experience!

My experience at this hair salon was horrible. Their stylist took hours to do a short bob when my hair was already in a bob and just needed reshaping for the angle. I literally cried because the haircut was so bad. This salon does not have experienced stylists. The worst part is that they expected me to pay for the disaster of a haircut as if it was what I asked for. Nightmare.

After going to an overrated chain to get my hair massacred in October, I finally had the courage and enough hair growth to get my hair cut and hopefully fixed. Danna did an amazing job! She walked me through the process and fixed the disaster that was my hair. I’m so grateful for her and will definitely be back!

So I want to start by saying I get regular highlights with Nina and have been a loyal customer for awhile now. Nina does a great job. However, I am writing this review because of the solans policy and want to make sure others are aware. I have never missed or rescheduled an appointment until this month. My 10 month old came down with a cold the day before my appointment. So I called to reschedule. I’m glad I did because the next day I was also sick too. Two days after rescheduling my appointment I was charged 30% of my appointment cost (I pay almost 300 so this was a big cost) and I called and asked why? It was because I didn’t reschedule before 72 hours, which we were not sick then. As someone who has never missed my appointment or rescheduled previously I was very disappointed in this. I feel like this promotes going to appointments sick and the spreading of germs. If 2020 has taught us anything it is to stay home when ill. Do I agree with having to pay for services if a no show…yes that is completely fair, but I gave more than 24 hours noticed with a sick baby. Additionally, one of my previous appointments was rescheduled the day of because my stylist was sick. I had to wait 5 weeks for a new appointment and completely understood…I feel the same courtesy should be reciprocated. As a result after my rescheduled upcoming hair appointment I will be looking for a new salon.

DONT USE THIS PLACE IF LIFE HAPPENS AND YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT I was aware of their policy of getting hit with a charge for cancellations but they were still going to charge me$45 for trying to at least reschedule. You get a person who is not sympathetic to things that suddenly come up and you need to reschedule. All you get is “ I’m sorry the system won’t let me reschedule” So why have a person answer the phone to give the customer a hard time.Then I proceeded to let him know I will not using their business any longer and just said “ thank you. Have a nice day! This company has no experience in customer service! I will not be using Studio 209 again and will never recommend them to my friends and family. I will certainly tell my story on the neighborhood app as well. They are a disgrace to the word customer service. They just want to take your money.

I went in for a balayage. Unfortunately, I left with three distinct colors in my hair, rather than the natural, blended look I was hoping for. It seemed as though the stylist didn’t use any toner, which left my hair looking patchy and uneven. I ended up needing a color correction at another salon, and even they asked if I had paid for my initial service
While I reach out to them to tell them about my experience I chose to go elsewhere to ensure my hair would be in more experienced hands. Speaking of experience, I was never informed about the stylist’s level of expertise, nor did I even know who would be handling my hair until I sat down in the chair. After spending nearly $800 that month, this whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

One of the hairstylist cut my hair wrong, when I asked her to fix it, she became upset and rude. It took someone else to come explain that I was right because she was upset and said I was wrong. Expensive and bad service! I can’t believe she got upset when she had to fix what was not done right! Do not recommend! My hair is still not fixed because she refused to do it right! Worst service ever!

at Studio 209. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by courteous staff that makes sure you feel welcomed and appreciated. I have been going to Studio 209 for some time and Nina does an outstanding job. She is very professional and makes sure I’m satisfied with my haircut. The prices are very reasonable and the location is always clean. Thank you.
