I want to thank Austin Bailey for exceptional sales service. He was very personable, kind, attentive, and patient with our questions and quibbles throughout the car buying experience. Special thanks to Louis and Matthew the GSM for their help as well. I also learned that Subaru El Paso doesn’t buy or sell used vehicles from auction which means that the used vehicles they do sell are more likely to have been well taken care of. This was evident in the late model used vehicle that I looked at. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Subaru El Paso again.

We worked with Austin Bailey at Subaru El Paso this past Friday. He was very helpful and personable and super patient with us as we tried to figure out our car purchase. We were so thankful for his help and willingness to walk us through the car buying process and answer all our questions. I highly recommend Austin if you're buying a car in El Paso! The dealership was also very comfortable and clean and we were thankful for the snacks and coffee after our long drive to get there. Thanks, Austin!

I stopped in for routine vehicle maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, fluids check, etc.) without an appointment and was taken in immediately without any waiting. The service advisor was courteous. friendly, and professional. I notified the service advisor of a prior issue with my Starlink Emergency service and was told that she would look into it. I was advised of their recommended services and given options (no pressure). My vehicle was serviced and returned to me within the time frame promised. I was treated very well and felt appreciated as a customer. Thank you to Cezly H. for a job well done. In these days when it seems customer service isn't what it used to be, it was refreshing to learn that some people do still care.

Subaru of El Paso exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff provided exceptional service. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about fixing my 2005 Subaru Outback although they hinted at trying to get me in a new 2023 Subaru Legacy ?. The dealership's clean and inviting atmosphere made the entire experience enjoyable. The process was smooth, and I drove off in a loaner Subaru feeling valued as a customer knowing that's my old Dependable 2005 Subaru is in good hands. I highly recommend Subaru of El Paso to anyone in the market for a new car!

Noo. I will NOT waste my time here, you shouldn't either. I just finished sending my parents to this place, and some family friends. My parents found a vehicle that they absolutely loved, but the dealership was missing a part to the car, so the car wasn't ready. They were promised the vehicle, BY THE MANAGER, and today when they went to go pick it up it was already sold. This is poor customer service, just to make a buck. These people are not true to their word. Go somewhere else.

My experience with Subaru of El Paso was surprisingly enjoyable, considering my usual aversion to the car-buying process due to the often aggressive sales pitches. The team at Subaru of El Paso managed to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible, and that’s quite a feat in the car buying industry. They provided a refreshing change from the typical high-pressure sales environment. If you’re like me and want to avoid the pushy sales tactics, I highly recommend giving Subaru of El Paso a visit. They might just change your perception of car buying. Fred Love was the professional that helped me out. Only downside, no dealership on the westside of town. Thanks Subaru of El Paso

**”oh I’m sorry, we forgot about checking in with you”**I called ahead to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t afford the wait time on the day of my visit. I was assured by the lady answering the phone 1230 was scheduled for my car to be seen. I asked if this was accurate since I understood it was a Friday before a three-day weekend to which she replied yes. I showed up promptly at 1230 and was told it would take an hour for them to tell me what was needed and then who knows how much longer for the actual service. Two and a half hours later the person who helped me asked me if anyone had given me any updates, to which I reply NO and get a text soon after she walks to the back…. She comes back and admitted they *FORGOT* about checking in with me. So not only do I don’t understand the purpose of accepting appointments if everyone is going to be treated like a walk-in, but how do you forget a customer!?!? Maybe it was the carnitas tacos someone had brought in and everyone kept talking about, or the brownies. I’ve been to dealerships in 4 states - by far the worst one yet. This location needs to reassess the way management is running it. **edit; the manager saw me visibly upset so after our talk she apologized and credited my $70ish service and filled up my tank. BUT! When I mentioned her employee admitted they just forgot she said “well, at least she was being honest” as if this was the acceptable answer - I told her she shouldn’t be okay with her employees admitting this and the fact that “this happens often” - it all starts with management, this store ain’t it…

I am changing my prior review. We bought a used car from Subaru El Paso and had wonderful service from the sales personnel, with them even calling to follow up that everything with the car was working out. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff evidently don't do their jobs and don't care.We purchased the car July 29. We paid a total of $662.42 in fees for Title and Registration to the dealership. Per their paperwork, the registration is $89.50. We received a temporary registration with an expiration date of September 27. I have called several times to find out why we haven't received our plates and permanent registration. Unfortunately, the sales people haven't got any response from the people, who I now know is Eric, who handles the registration except "we get plates every day, and they aren't here." He just okie-doked us and obviously didn't even follow through. Now it is two days before the expiration of the temporary registration. My husband called Eric who said he'd check and get back to us right away. An hour and a half later, after no response, my husband called again. Eric said they didn't have it and they'd send us an email with an extention of two weeks. Wanted to know if we had done our part--a NM MVD Certified VIN Inspection that was completed July 31 and mailed to them that day!!!! It's now been an hour and no email has been received.Eric said New Mexico is the problem, however when we moved to New Mexico it only took two weeks for us to receive our registrations from the MVD, so it's not New Mexico. That is obviously BS. Eric and whomever he contacted at the Title Office just don't care. They haven't done their job, haven't followed up, and have completely dropped the ball. They have our money and that's it. I wish I had declined to have them do the registration and done it myself. It would have been done a month ago, and I wouldn't have to be dealing with callous, unresponsive, uninterested, and incompetent people.

Overall great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they gave us a lift to pick up our dog from the groomer while waiting for our car!
