Went on a cloudy day to buy broccoli soup at 3:30, they said they were out. Asked if they were going to make anymore since I work near and they said it would take 20 minutes, went back in 30 min just for them to tell me they were out and they wouldn't have more until the next day. Manager knows were I work she could have called to let me know before I headed that way again. So disappointed in their service.

Lady w red hair berated her employee in front of me while ordering my sandwich. Same lady also did not use gloves to prepare food and blamed employee for hair being in another customers food. Overall bad service. Feel for that employee. Pretty sure the woman was a manager which makes it worse. Dont eat at this

I ordered two pizza subs, one with double meat. Noticing there was almost no meat on the subs I confirmed whether or not I was getting double meat. The manager at the time confirmed that yes when I was getting was in fact, double meat. Both pizza subs only had eight pieces of pepperoni. This is ridiculous. 27$ for basically a sub and some bread.

I order online today and none of my order was right my 2 orders were mixed did not eat it so dissatisfied I chose curbside and they never came out I had to go inside to pick up my order, the store was not even busy only like 3 people and already eating...

07/08/23 just left this location in Montwood in the target shopping center. We bought 3 foot long for $31+ and this location is this bad on service and food until today the guy that was there today was rude and the veggies were all old spinach, pickles etc., were slimy!!! Veggies weren’t fresh!!! Plus not enough meet or tuna in sandwich!! So one guy looked like he was in training and the other man with a full black beard dirty looking fat man was very rude!!!Management needs to ck on the food!! We over paid and very unsatisfied customer… !!! I didn’t want to rate but I had to in order to post! It’s not deserved at all….!!!

Do not come here I ask to get a meat ball Sand-which some lady that is clearly a beginner comes and makes it and literally grabs the smushed bread from the bread and she completely complains telling me to hurry up and decide but I'm just in shook as I'm looking at it super unprofessional !

I’ve been coming to this subway since my family and I moved to the area about a year ago, the manager here is always super lovely, my boys love subway so I always have a heavy order and they have always been so patient and nice with me ! The food is great My kiddo is a picky eater but never denies his subway sandy :) thank you guys for always being so patient with me !

Kudos to the lady who was training the new employee and handling the long line of customers! I've been in that position before and it's stressful, but she didn't let it affect her service! Great job!

We came in tired and were welcomed to a friendly and clean atmosphere. The gentleman who prepared our sandwiches was polite, friendly, very patient and helpful. He prepared our sandwiches with care, wrapped them for us really well-there were no leaks. It was so nice and refreshing to see customer service, a smiling person who took the time to treat us with respect. Thank you! We will definitely come back!PS: the sandwiches were yummy. We enjoyed them.

My daughter loves subway but this one let me down the sandwich was very small for the kids and my daughter noticed it right away the bread was also burnt seemed like they just gave her the worst part or left over bread to make her sandwich won't be coming to this subway anymore .

This place closed at 9pm when online hours say 10pm. This was the second subway I went to tonight that closed earlier than posted hours. Be awesome if they followed the posted online hours or just update it to the correct times.

It was busy but employees were working fast & efficient. Good customer service & the place was clean. I really like this Subway. No drive thru but I don't mind getting off for good service.

One of Subway’s best locations for quality of food and service. Store Manager and staff are oriented towards quality and excellent customer service.. Best of all they are sincerely genuine and courteous individuals who put a lot of pride into their craft.Often times, it is easy to forget that we are all human, we make mistakes, or fail in some cases. It’s so rewarding to experience humanity at its best and for that I will add, not everyone, including customers, remember to be kind, courteous and respectful.I visit this location off Montwood often because it is clean, always have a positive experience with my order, the employees and quality of food( I’ve been to other stores where many items appear dried out, wilted or the area is dirty and unkempt).While I placed my order online at a different Subway location than I usually go to, I failed to emphasize this important detail and confirm the location of the Subway our current order was being prepared at. An important detail for the person who offered to pick up our lunch.I sincerely appreciate receiving a call from the store manager Evette who clearly went above and beyond to assist my elderly father who went to the wrong location and didn’t have his cell phone on.Naturally, my dad was upset when he realized there was no order at this location placed. While my father is a wonderful man, he can be a lot to deal with when he’s a upset, or worse when he’s hungry.Store manager Evette kindly went out of her way to quickly resolve the matter and offered to call me. She verified my order and the location. She contacted the other Subway store to confirm my order was received. Additionally, she took the time and patience to write down the address of the correct store for my father where she confirmed the order was paid and ready for pickup. Saving our lunch, and giving us another reason to choose Subway over another restaurant.
