Maintenance requests and work orders are taken care of quickly and well; for example, fixing a leaking toilet within a short time. The location is a highlight, being near restaurants, Walmart for shopping, and places with extremely good food. It also offers beautiful views of the mountains and the city. Many residents are happy to live here for many years, noting the considerate community and kind, respectful treatment, especially during difficult times. They recommend it.

Every since I moved in Ive had nothing but great experiences with Denise Minjarez shes very responsive and communication is excellent . Maintenance is prompt Id highly recommend Empire and I definitely Recommend Denise for help getting into any of their properties .
