Sunflower bank... Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. They closed my account shortly after I opened it. I have several business accounts at other banks and had heard Sunflower bank had good rates. Because my business name does not have the word “The” in front of Epoonential Group, I was denied an account after being given an account. No explanation or advice on to correct the problem was given. Sunflower bank just plain SUCKS.

They keep locking my account repeatedly, online and through the app, without explanation. I cannot see my transactions nor if I've been overcharged, double charged, check for fraud activity etc. This is the worst online banking I've ever experienced.

You can't compare the customer service to any other bank. They go above and beyond to make sure your banking goes smoothly and they offer so many different services.
