This florist is working very dishonesty. I ordered a certain floral arrangement at 65.00 plus 10 dollar delivery For my daughters birthday and she received something not even remotely close to what was ordered. The 1st employee I spoke to said she would make it right, she took 4 cheaper carnation flowers to replace what was first put in the arrangement and took out 4 other flowers and it still looked the same. When I called the store the employee that I spoke to was extremely rude and even threw out a big F/U and hung up on me when I told her I would be making a complaint to the BBB and that I wanted my money back. I just wonder how many people have been rip off by them. Don't waste your money at this place because you are not going to get what you pay for.

Hours on the front door show open on Saturdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. It is currently 4:09 and the store Is closed. Made the drive to this location for no reason.

*SWITCHES ARRANGEMENT- DOESN'T DELIVER WHAT IS PAID FOR* We personally selected and paid for a flower arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home. What was delivered WAS NOT what we chose/paid for! They delivered some horrid, smaller arrangement that we did not choose. The customers service is also terrible.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my Aunt's funeral over the phone I paid with my credit card the owner charged my credit card $1,175.00 for a $75.00 arrangement, I called her immediately & she said she wasn't wearing her glasses & would reverse the transaction. She messed up my bank account & didn't offer any kind of discount. Beware when ordering from this florist, check your account right away.
