Wow...just terrible. 3 pm shift change employee (Lisa) should never work in a retail enviornment. We had picked out $700 worth of shades and walked out due toe her literal "I don't care" attitude. Said she was having a bad day and was she right. Still trying to connect with a store manager or coporate in San Diego. The WORST customer experience we've ever had anywhere. Have it all on video as we just couldn't believe how rude she was

Daniela was an amazing sales person. She was professional, efficient, and very helpful. She gathered information about what I was looking for and gave me suggestions that were on point. She listened to my wants of style, but more importantly price points She guided me to styles in my budget. She took her time with me. I felt appreciated and valued instead of rushed or just as a way to make a sale. I could find these glasses a lot of places, but because of her I will return again.Jenny was an awesome manager that was supportive and helpful. I could sense good teamwork. It was a pleasant place to be in and feel welcomed by.

Unsatisfied with the service provided from a sales rep Robert,issuei on hand was about the warranty on the Ray-Ban's I purchased there at the outlet mall 6mos ago with a 1yr warranty. The sales rep did not want to honor my warranty on my Ray-Ban's for he claims the fadding spot on the glasses were not a defect n that I had done something to the lens to cause the spotting, as I was explaining that I hadn't he still insisted that I had, as a purchasing customer we're always right. But as I was leaving he voiced out that's it's alright n I responed no it's not, so in turn I called Ray-Ban Corp n spoke with a representative there n explained to them about it and they replied that they r defective n now honoring me with a two yr warranty. The pleasure is not having to accept what that sales rep was B.Sing me about, extremely unsatisfied with that individual there representing n working for Sunglass Hut....

The place to go if you want to pay 30 dollars for 3 dollar Chinese sunglasses those children workers that are making them must be making a dollar per day.
