Horrible. Will not follow through with his word. Gave them plenty of opportunity to gain our business, but he refused to send the paperwork even after multiple messages asking to do so. Would not recommend at all

Run! Do not even consider this so-called contractor. They do not know what they are doing or are just flat out lazy slimeballs and they will not return your phone calls worst contractors I have ever encountered in about five different states I've ever lived in.

I scheduled to have someone come in the following week for a quote, no one ever showed up so I called and they apologized and explained that there was a mix up and they put down friday instead of Thursday. That was 100% understandable. That next day again no one showed up for our 0930 appointment. I called them at 1200 no one answered nor could I leave a message. I called them again at 4pm and they again apologized and said that this has been a trend with their worker that works my area, why he hasn't been fired idk. I told them that it would be fine as long as someone can be here sometime today and he said no one would be able to be there till next week. We are currently looking for a new contractor. This was for a quote, it was just a 15 minute appointment.

On Monday I requested a repair estimate on a home and was told the estimate would be provided the same day based on inspection report. The next day he stated that he wanted to stop by the home to look at it. I obtained permission for him to enter the property the same day. He then stopped responding by email or text. Friday I was able to get a hold of him and he stated it was finished and I should have it in my email. I told him I have not received anything and he said he would send it again. That was at 2pm Friday. It is now 6pm Friday and this contractor has not provided anything. If time is important, don't waste your time with this outfit.
