Worst store, no one knows what to do, got a new service and trying to port in and transfer from old network, they were clueless on what to do, called to customer care from parking and they were able to help me out, customer care told me that I can trade in my old phone at any T-Mobile store, these people are not accepting the phones and force to ship it.Avoid this store at all means, waste of time.Edit: Was able to trade in at another T-Mobile store

I always leave this place angry, they always set traps for you, I don't trust their help, they always want to sell you things you don't need.If they don't like dealing with customers, why do they work there?

Deceptive Business** this is not a real TMobile store stay away from this shady store I opened a business account and due to ignorance my account was suspended without warning after 5 days at the store over 5hrs everyday I decided to return there devices and asked for mine back to find out they will not give them back so I opened up a case with PD case number 22-344138 theft/deceptive business! See them in court as well! Stay away!!

Zero help.. I was advised by T-Mobile rep over the phone that I could return my device at any store. I show up and state that I was returning and canceling a line.. being aware that it's been active for months. They start to process the return.. then another rep.. jumps in and says I have to ship it back on my own .. it's like the store and call center don't communicate with each other. 0 help on returning a device.. but sure are quick when your there adding more to your bill or giving them a sale.. the competition is sure looking more attractive every day..

T-Mobile sells them self for being “transparent”. When I came to this location to get the best deal since I been with T-Mobile for years. But I was most definitely lied too. The manager that was the one who quoted me a price only to find out it was ALL a lie and he is now demoted and moved to another location. It’s clearly shows on the notes that the guy lied .. there responds is “well you are under promotion”. That’s not the point. The PROMOTION I was promised is NOT what I got. And did NOT question it since the gentleman GUARANTEED ME that I would pay a set amount. Thats the point. I am very upset and disappointed over all of this. Commission is more important then actually helping someone get the best deal. And that’s not how you keep customers coming back or people recommending your business to others.

I have mixed feelings about this particular Tmobile, because every time I go in I feel like I’m being judged if I’m not leaving out of the store with $1000 phone or more then I’m being looked down at so I can give this store a -2

They did my trade in wrong and have me dealing with ongoing issues. They also rotate their employees to other stores. Went to another store on the other side of town to avoid the problem only to run into the same employees. Stop rotating so they can keep their problem people at their store and not cause it all around town.

Great customer service from Robert at the store by UTEP had to go back 2 days in a row,(allll my lack of knowledge) he was so nice and patient took him a good hour on the phone w support.I absolutely appreciate the team and their patience. Highly recommend this store..thank you Robert.?

If I could give this store/company a negative star. I would. From lack of service within cities to the manager/employees only caring about meeting their monthly goals and pushing more and more products on you trying to up their commission/store revenue. I was an employee with T-Mobile in the year of 2019 and left on good terms. Put in my two weeks and also talked face to face with the manager, Monica Portillo on why I was leaving. I quit the right and respectful way. As I'm trying to start my career with Law Enforcement it has come to my attention that the manager MONICA PORTILLO has been giving background investigators FALSE ACCUSATIONS about me. Claiming I filed a “civil lawsuit” for “wrongful termination.” I’ve tried getting into contact with her and she completely ignores me. No documents to back her accusations up and will not even respond to my phone calls or texts. Is this what T-Mobile does? Allows managers to spread false accusations? This is sad and pathetic. This shows nothing but lack of professionalism and stupidity. Why on Earth would someone who quit on their own file a lawsuit for “wrongful termination” thinking they’d win? If i was an individual thinking of applying to this corporation, i’d think twice. They dont care for their employees and will also fire you for NOT meeting your monthly goals. And as a customer thinking of switching to T-Mobile, I would not. They’ll push endless products on you and I also witnessed first hand, employees adding extra products/charges simply to meet their monthly goals. This company is one step away from being considered a SCAM in my opinion. Spreading false accusations and ruining someones chance at future careers is pathetic and sad. I will be contacting my lawyer and getting justice on my behalf. Do NOT trust Monica Portillo with your business or career opportunities. She’s a liar and fake. She’s only making herself and the company look STUPID and un-professional. I will also be cancelling my service with T-Mobile and switching to a company who actually cares about their customers, not revenue. I hope this review gets scene by corporate and they actually take some sort of action. This is PATHETIC.
