Saturday hours posted online and on their door open at 9:00am. We, the customers, finally left at 9:30am. What made it worse is that we saw a young woman going in and out of the office. I called the number for the store to leave a message and it wasn't even set to receive messages. Horrible customer service.

When I went it was 6:40 pm on Saturday and they are supposed to close at 9 pm but I arrive at 6:40 pm and I see that they left the store and left it as if it were already closed.

No one so much as even greeted us we walked around for a bit and then left. No one ever offered to assist us.

Rude lady on the phone. What kind of franchise doesn’t have contacts with corporate? Didn’t even bother trying to look for a number or asking a supervisor. SMH

Horrible customer service. I was attended by Alyssa. Make sure you get the info written down and signed, and still verify with an actual T-mobil customer rep before finishing the transaction. These people really don't care other than making a sale.

Ale went out and beyond to help me with questions about my phone and the new Pro 15, help me with information I didn’t know about me phone and she had the best personality for sales. Not only did I appreciate the service I had globe earlier to the T-Mobile on Montwood and their customer service was not welcoming.

10/22/23 4:37, so I was returning a T-mobile gateway, had to wait for an hour to be told by Vivian that I couldn’t make the return at the store (I got an email from t-mobile saying that I just could return it at the store), I feel like Vivian just wanted to leave home already, terrible service

Sarah was absolutely wonderful. She wasn't able to get me the deals on anything I was hoping for but she worked with me for over 3 weeks. Customer service like that is missed in today's society and I am thankful that Sarah still values customer service like that. Great store vibe.

Worst customer service.. average 30+ min wait every time I go.. only 2 reps. I don't recommend coming to this location.

Horrible service. Customer reps lied on jump program my wife and I were already grandfathered into and wanted to make us pay full price. When asked why our program said otherwise online the customer rep replied that the “online was wrong and we would see an unexpected jump in our bill if we upgraded online” do not go to this location unless you wanna be ripped off.

Great experience with T-Mobile associate Sarah who was extremely helpful and got me all set up with a new phone in about 30 mins. Would recommend anyone to go talk to her if you need a phone or just information regarding a phone, thanks!

I went in this morning at 1030 am. One customer in the store and two sales reps. I was standing 6 feet behind other customers an no attempt to provide assistance. They received a call and the lady with the customers answered, so she stopped helping him. Still no attempt from the other rep to assist in any way. I walked out. Had stopped by to get upgrades on my five lines that I have had for three years. Have been going this past three weeks but it's always full. I really thought today was my lucky day. Gave two stars just because the place was nice and cold. I had left ATT after 12 years with them. They got to big for their customers and started taking customers for granted. Wonder what is happening with T Mobile. I'm not sure if I'll stay with T Mobile or switch, not sure what to recommend. Hope your experience is better.I came back and updated my review, changed it to one star. Because the owners response to the negative reviews are so lame and in my opinion, unprofessional. My negative review is not the only one posted. The owner does not seem to adress the problems or complaints. Recommend you do everything on line. Call the 1 800 number and they will talk you through it. You can have your new phone delivered by mail in two days or pick it up at any store. I don't recommend this one. Avoid this store.
