I went to the T-Mobile store to purchase a new phone. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by May. She took the time to explain the differences in the phones I had questions about. She was really nice and helpful. She has a lot of patience and is great at explaining.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jacob at this Tmobile location and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. I called this spot for any promotions. They told me about keep and switch. Was at this specific locations for two hours getting everything switched over. The lady helping me said she was able to download my bill and get me reimbursed for the phones I brought over. It was never done. They are just saying anything necessary for a sale. Don’t bother switching over. Not at this location at least.I’ve emailed the location & even got on the phone with them through t mobile customer service representative. Nobody wants to work..

Phones were expensive and proof to obtain veteran discount has become too extensive. I left T-Mobile since signal strength is weak outside of city.

Do NOT do business with David at americas, he sold my elderly 86 year old mother a flip phone on a $100 dollar plan when she asked for a $20 talk and text plan. He didnt even set up the phone for her or insert the simcard because he claimed they were too busy!!
