Shopping in store is hit or miss, the employees are few and far between. That is not their fault, that is a corporate issue. Order pick up is another story, though. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for the orders to be brought out. Grab the items, and bring them. I don’t know if they’re super short staffed, or if the employees haven’t been taught about efficiency, but it’s ridiculous. Currently, there’s at least 10 of us waiting out here. Priority should be getting orders out quickly, not bringing them all out at once. Again, this isn’t even the employees fault. It does make the experience a negative one, though!

I entered thru Magruder off gateway.... This is one of the busiest shopping centers in city & docks are in middle of lot... Target employees will NOT help with cars or pedestrians

I used to like shopping here way more than I have in the past several months. I preferred the self-checkouts (it's 10 items or less now), plus with that there is less human interaction, AND I scan and bag my items the right way (I was charged double for something recently, didn't notice until I got home, and very few of the cashiers bag items correctly, no matter what order I put items in. I've seen multiple expired items on shelves, only some employees seem decently happy to be there, and it's just not the same. Some of this is because of corporate, so maybe the higher ups can do better. The location is good, and there are some helpful employees, but things need to improve. I have a feeling this can be said for multiple stores here.

Manny was extremely rude claimed he was higher management just to call corporate and find out otherwise. I’d be embarrassed to work with someone like him tried to cancel my order, which resulted in my order being given to me for free for my inconvenience and still was able to pick up my order at my convenience. Will never return to this location if this guy is working.
Update: Have returned a handful of times and this employee is not present when I go or is no longer employed

This store is clean, staff is kind but please don’t buy your groceries here. I don’t know who is at fault here but they sell expired groceries. I admit, I should’ve looked at expiration dates before buying. But can you blame me for trusting Target to have fresher products? It’s May 2024, tell me why they were selling Sunny D’s that expired in October 2023. Lesson learned for me! I threw out half of what I bought because nearly everything was expired.

Target... the Motherland. It's got everything you need. The staff is infinitely helpful and once couldn't ask for a better experience in such a busy place. Parking can be less than ideal, but the lot is huge.
