Going all virtual was pretty scary, thankfully Ms. Sandra from the Golden Key location was there to assist me. I went in to make a deposit to a joint savings account and ended up opening up my own account because of how great the service was. I was guided on how to use the app, and shown how the savings and checking account was linked. Very clean location and the other service representatives were very nice.

Y’all. I don’t know who allowed all this changes. Been for more than 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer on the phone, your updated app is useless. Trying to make a car payment! And can’t even use the link to do a payment it shows an error ?Ever since that name change its gone downhill. ??.

Ever since the name was changed to Raiz this CU has deteriorated to the point I'm about to leave - and I have been a member for 44 years. The main reason I have maintained an account is because sometimes it's nice to talk to a human teller. But now when you go to a branch there are no humans, just automated consoles and one minder - like a Walmart self-checkout line.The recent on-line banking "upgrade" might be the last straw. As I type this, I have been on hold for 50 MINUTES trying to reach a representative because the new system lost all my externally linked bank accounts and I'm trying to pay my mortgage.Do not join this CU. There are better ones in El Paso.

It's painful to have to give them 1 star, this is the worst, most devious and corrupt bank there is, they don't care about the people that choose them, be aware of this or you'll end up with a damaged credit and with ridiculous fees added to your account.. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
