Tier 1 Physical Therapy has brought so much improvement in my life. Dr. Kathleen Roth is an amazing therapist who has taught me so much about women’s health. She is compassionate and professional. Plus, Ms Erica Montoya at the front desk is so friendly and so efficient! Always calls to give me appointment reminders and never forgets my face. You can’t ask for a better team. Wes and his team are amazing! They have helped me tremendously with my knee and my neuropathy problem. I can now live a normal life. They also helped my father as well, and were so caring with him. I can’t say enough about this physical therapy business, I have been a lot of places, and this is the best in Elpaso. Don’t hesitate to come here, they are by far amazing. Thank you to the whole team on the east side location!

Excellent experience at Tier one physical therapy. Wes Benson is an excellent therapist and listens to your concerns. The staff is also excellent and attentive to any issues/problems you may have. I would recommend Tier one to anyone looking to rehab and injury or help relieve their pain.

I came here for physical therapy and Kathy Roth was by physical therapist. She is amazing, super caring and helpful. She makes sure to explain in detail all the exercises and information you need in order to recover. I truly enjoy coming here to see her as my PT. The only reason I took a star off is because Tier 1 does not send texts or calls you to remind you of your scheduled appointments. I've gone to other physical therapy locations that call or text their patients to send reminders. Tier 1 does not do that and they should. Other then that, Tier 1 should at least help patients with scheduled reminders.

My experience here was great. Everyone always makes you feel welcomed & you always have one on one care. The staff is amazing & they’re flexible with your schedule. If you want great care I would recommend you to come here

The staff here is amazing! My daughter has been going here for about 8 months, and they have always treated her special. They are understanding of her problem, caring, and encouraging. They have become family, and we are going to miss them!

This was my second time at Tier OneI had reverse shoulder replacementsThe staff were wonderful , everyone is very friendly and very professional. I felt very confident with the care I received both times. My therapist was kathleen Ro th and she is very knowledgeable. I plan to use them again as I have more surgeries pending

I love the staff at tier 1. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. They truly care about their patients. Wes is an exceptional physical therapist and person. He has truly helped. Erica is wonderful she is the first person you’ll see once you get there, always so welcoming and sweet. Franco, Aaron, and Pat are always so helpful and everyone is so knowledgeable. I appreciate Wes and Aaron. They work hard to help me and our kind but really push me to help me get to my goal. Their assistants are so helpful too.I know as I continue to push forward with my knee replacement pt .With their help I will hit my goal. After calling several places and not getting calls back I called Tier 1. Erica helped me through the process of getting me help with my insurance. She was very helpful and very cordial. She would call me when she said she was going to. All the therapists are very professional and very nice they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome, they care for there patients and always make you feel welcomed. Erica the receptionist is great she makes sure you get the most convenient day and time to come in. Aaron the PTA is also awesome he makes sure you feel better at the end of the day with the exercises they make you do. Wes, the PT is also great he interacts with his patients and makes sure to hear all there concerns. Thank you Tier 1 for your exceptional service!
