I have struggled for years with my health. Just a few months ago I found out I was prediabetic and it really killed my spirit. I knew I needed to make a change and that it wasn't going to be easy. Having to find the strength, discipline and motivation to change your entire lifestyle is a commitment. One that i am glad I decided to take action on. When my sister asked me if I wanted to do a six week challenge at TKFit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to join but I said hey it can only benefit me right?I am currently halfway through the challenge and I feel great, I have more energy, my sugar levels are controlled my eating habits have improved and though it's been difficult, with the help of the trainers at TK fit I am able to accomplish one goal at a time one step at a time.They have encouraged me to be proud of every accomplishment even the small ones and have pushed me to become a better version of myself. Trainer Kai is always available to answer your questions and helps understand why our body is reacting the way it is. These full body workouts are only 30minutes long. Trust me they are intense. Trainer John has made an impact in my journey with his high energy, patience and awesome playlists I wake up for my morning workout excited for another session.I recommend TKFit for anyone looking for change in their life.If I can do it, so can you!

First and Foremost, this IS the gym to go to in all of El Paso!!! To start of, 100% cleanliness, focusing amazingly on sanitizing everything!. There is no other staff as friendly and as professional as theirs.! Erika’s friendliness, professionalism and focus to help you reach your goal is outstanding. I can assure you, one session with her, and making this gym your home, would be the best decision you could make!! Regardless of what goal you have in mind, weightloss, muscle gain, even weight gain!

This place is amazing. Friendly staff, great coaches and clean facility. The high intensity workouts are amazing and the trainers really work with you. If you want to lose some pounds definitely recommend this place.

Man I can not say enough it’s gonna be hard enough to put in a few words so might be long. First off so clean, so nice, so supportive of my journey and getting to my physical goal which actually helped me reach an incredible mental goal. When I started I didn’t know what to expect and honestly was scared but the instructors/couches made me feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for there insight and lessons to help me reach my goals every week. I honestly don’t know what I could have done without them. Now I’m healthier and have more energy I can’t wait to get back there and back to work.

I was visiting the area , I was on a small get away from the Dallas area. As a pro fighter I needed to find a gym that could satisfy my need and my daily calorie out take.This place was it!It was fast paced, extremely positive , and encouraging queues where said and done!A great workout led by a great instructor!I highly recommend this as a go to gym.Definitely will return to them once I visit the area again!!

By far the best gym around. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TKFit to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility!!?

The trainers are beyond motivating. They will push you to your limits and then some. High energy very professional and friendly atmosphere. I’ve done similar training when I lived away from El Paso but hands down this has been my best experience yet!! Definitely recommend you to join and get a great, safe , and very effective workout. Regardless of your physical fitness level they will get you in shape and definitely make your body transform in what you always wanted to look like.

If you are looking for a intense but sustainable workout this is the place. Love the energy of the trainers and the atmosphere. Working out during these times can be difficult but at TKFIT there is a lot of space so you can be spaced out from others and I felt super comfortable. I felt like they listened to me and pushed me to go for more. ? I love it!! Always excited for my next workout.

Great fit gym to get you back into great shape. Classes are excellent, trainers are great at helping you achieve your goals, and the workouts are worth the doing. I recommend them if you wanna get back into great condition ????

When I gained weight because of my divorce I decided to hit the gym. When that boring I needed to go somewhere to get that extra push and it won’t become routine as just lifting weights. Also as my life is super busy the AM morning classes are perfect great workout and great employees would highly recommend it!

Workouts are strong and help you gain muscle and get conditioning in. trainers push you to do your very best and they will help you with whatever you need. I recommend this for those willing to work out hard and regain their condition and muscle in their body.

Take the guess work out of your work out. I've done it all: 9Round, 21 Day Fix & other online programs, to personal training sessions with Anytime Fitness, to just winging it. After Anytime I developed a passion for working out and improved my form. For awhile I wrote my own workouts, but I travel for my job and I'm studying to obtain a Master's degree, quite frankly I don't have the time to plan my workouts. So here I am in El Paso for 7 months for my job and I came across Trainer Kai and his crew at TKFit. I called and spoke with Kai for about 30 minutes about my goals and my intentions, he listened and suggested I come in for a trial run. I loved it! Now because I've done it all (see above) I grilled Kai - made him work for my membership. He was a great sport, answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous they might have been. I'm 2 weeks in and I am loving it! The workouts are challenging, but doable. It's only 30 minutes of your day. You are encouraged to go at your own pace but CHALLENGE yourself. As with any program or any routine, you get out what you put in! Whether you've tried it all or your just starting your fitness journey, TK Fit is WORTH A SHOT! All the members and trainers are very down to earth. They are currently offering free classes on Friday's - if they ask, Delia sent you! Please go check them out, on either the East or the West side.
