Took my truck for an alignment and it wasn’t done correctly, also had my tires balanced they did the wrong ones and lied to me about why. I was supposed to get refunded for it and never did .

Worst place to do service***** trust me El Paso community, this people don’t work on your car parts are never put in they will tell you your car needs this and that some times parts are internal when you won’t be able to see the type of work they did that happened to me took my suv for service at garage tech with Valentino “THIEVES” earlier this year my truck started having the same miss fire took to a different mechanic open up the engine i told him my injectors where done by top tech garage find out mechanic took pictures of the injectors they are old manufactured stock In another words there was never work done into my truck don’t take your business there im filling a law suit with this thieves!

Sorry but you lost my business,everything was cool and I loved coming here before Yhira showed up, she wasted my time. Made an appointment 2 separate times and BOTH times my mechanical repair insurance had not been called. She will say she called but in the past when I don't answer they leave messages and texts but not Yhira. Both times I've gone in she's just yapping and making plans to go eat with a customer, probably why my insurance didn't get called both times. Shes quick to ask for the keys but won't tell you a total or estimate probably to go back yapping. She just keeps repeating that she's at the "mercy of the insurance to get approval"... psst they already approved it once cuz it's a mechanical insurance! Don't try to pass the blame for your lack of professionalism. The first time I used the insurance I dealt with Arturo and EVERYTHING went smoothly & best of all he didn't treat me like I was stupid! Like homegirl Yhira, he went above and beyond that's one of the reasons I would come here with 2 of my vehicles but I'm not gunna deal with someone who doesn't know how and won't do her job. I said I would come back but Im not giving her anymore of my time to waste. In my opinion she's just not professional enough to work here with others that reflect good service.

Never going to this shop ever again, I paid 2,000, so they fixed my mom's car, and it was not really fixed but to take to another mechanic.

I took my car to this place on Americas for a diagnostic check of my cars engine light. The people there are very nice ,but it’s not that it’s about how well they do their job. 1st day they did diagnostic they were not able to completed it because the the post to battery were loose and the battery was no good. I had to pay them $95.00 although they hadn’t completed the diagnostic check on my car. The following day I took my car back with new battery and the post were tighten and left it there. I was called to pick up my car and ask for the diagnostic test he said there was none because the car didn’t show any problems. I was still supposed to receive a report of the diagnostic test as I had paid for it. I need to know if I am supposed to get a report or not. To me it’s like I just went to pay and didn’t get proof of that a diagnostic ck that was done on my vehicle I didn’t get a video of when they were doing the diagnostic test either.

Everyone here was amazing and extremely helpful! They all have great customer service both on the phone and in person!Sheyla was awesome in helping me pick out new tires, Turi (the Manager) was phenomenal and took care of me throughout the whole process, and even Peter helped get me out of there very quickly.I got new tires, TPS sensors, an alignment, and a diagnostic for my entire car. They provide an estimate before they begin work and you can accept or decline the services right on your phone. it’s quick and easy!Turi went above and beyond in researching some alternatives for me! And, they also have some financing options so you can get your car fixed and on your way.I will be recommending them and going back for my Xterra needs!

Left my 2015 Lexus ES350 to have the front and rear brakes replaced on Saturday, February 24, 2024. After noticing major issues and going back Monday morning Manager Frank made things right. Due to the issues could not give a full 5 stars.
