I ordered online from this location, delivery was available within 30 minutes or scheduled for a later date. My order arrived on time, it was a large order with 50+ items and everything was delivered intact and the full order was received. Love the delivery option 🙏💯

Went there to buy a worthy bottle of Whiskey. The attendant, Roman, was very negative and had a disgusting attitude. My every question was met with his visible annoyance. I also suspect that the guy was drunk. Got out of there without buying anything. Staff clearly doesn’t care about their customers here.

I came in looking for Clase Azul Gold tequila and was blown away by the experience. Haley introduced me to their huge cabinet of high-end brands and spent about 20 minutes walking me through the options. She gave me scent samples, explained comparable versions at different price points, and never once tried to upsell me—in fact, she even suggested less expensive options that could fit my needs. Her knowledge, passion, and genuine care were on a whole different level than I’ve ever experienced at Total Wine. In the past, I’ve never felt like anyone really cared much, but Haley completely changed that. A+ service, five stars all the way. I ended up with something even smoother than what I originally came in for and never would have chosen without her guidance.

What a great store! I love the way they have sorted all the type of alcohol they sell and even have pairings of mixers near spirits. The cigar room has a wide variety of options and the pricing is excellent. Can’t forget the staff - very helpful in assisting you and calling out potential savings.

Management (I will not provide his name) should uphold fairness and transparency with their customers. At the Newport location, it appears that practices sometimes differ from stated policies. Based on this, I do not plan to visit this store again. I am better treated by their competitors. Management was also rude and wasted my time even though I made a huge purchase.

On a positive note I can say that they take their job serious 🤷🏽♀️ But basically I was gonna buy two drinks from here and my bf accompanied me & I was gonna gonna pay. The cashier asked for both of our IDs and my silly bf forgot his wallet at home keep in mind we drove here 40 miles away from here. So because he didn’t have one I wasn’t able to buy the purchase. He showed a picture ID as well ( Ik this isn’t enough ) but I felt humiliated as a customer. We’re both of age but like mentioned they made us feel like we committed a crime.
