This hotel is always so reasonably priced, super clean and updated, the beds are so comfortable, and the service is amazing! Arthur at the front desk has the best welcoming personality and makes sure everything about your stay is perfect! Great location and I always pick this hotel when I come to El Paso.

Bed/mattress comparible to Etta's Place in FtWorth... Sleep in a cloud comfort.
Breakfast always fresh and always good...all week long.
Staff worth taking home to meet mom perfect.
Arthur felt like little brother and everyone made me think I was family.... Doubt there's better in ElPaso at any price....
Regular room felt like honeymoon suite.....

Arthur is the Gold Standard for Hospitality - TownePlace Suites El Paso
As someone who spends 350 days a year on the road, I’ve met countless front desk clerks across the country. Most are good and make you feel appreciated. Arthur, however, is in a league of his own.
From the moment I walked through the door, his warm, friendly welcome felt like being greeted by family. He wasn’t just polite - he was genuinely happy to see me. His ability to listen carefully, understand my requests, and make them happen flawlessly was nothing short of phenomenal.
After months of crossing state lines and staying in one hotel after another, Arthur’s mix of professionalism, approachability, and sincere interest in his guests was a breath of fresh air. It’s rare to find someone who blends competence with genuine care, and he does it effortlessly.
Arthur didn’t just check me in - he made my entire stay better. If TownePlace Suites could bottle his customer service style and share it with every location, it would raise the brand’s reputation instantly.

Twas first time coming here and this hotel is fairly new looking one! The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good! I like the variety of granola topping options!

Josh and jasmine we’re great hostesses receiving me and my family with world class customer service they made the check-in process truly experience. John York should definitely take care of these two at the front desk as they provide the Customer service that any management and establishment wants to cater to all visitors, reserving their visit to Sunny El Paso. Anytime my family needed something. Josh and Jasmin were very attentive and knowledgeable which made our stay very memorable. The breakfast and the gym is just what any visitor needs to add to their stay here at the suites. Thank you again for incredible hospitality.

Stayed one night, rooms are pretty spacious and have everything you need. Staff was super friendly, only complaint is breakfast was ok. They had eggs but no protein like sausage or bacon.

I stayed from October 28, 24, till March 16, 25. The majority of the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Aside from the woman who works the grave shift. There was absolutely nothing she would do. Despite their current understaffing, housekeeping tried their best. There were no dressers in the lovely two-bedroom apartment. Despite the lack of a curtain, a half-glass wall separated the showers from the remainder of the bathroom.

I stayed one night. Arthur at the front desk was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and had modern furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped for extended stays including a full size refrigerator and stove top with multiple burners. The outdoor pool area looked very inviting (unfortunately the outdoor temperature in January was too cold to go enjoy). There are a number of restaurants close by. The bed was very comfortable. In all, my stay was fantastic. I went away with the impression that the staff here legitimately cares and does things right. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well appointed Hotel, close to I-10 and easy access. Rooms are very clean and spacious. They have a full refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils for an extended stay. Very good water pressure, and everything you need is provided. I had breakfast once, and it wasn't anything exotic or magnificent. After that, I hit the local places for delicious food. When I was checked in, it was a meh experience, but in the morning, Hector was super friendly, and David from maintenance was cleaning while having time to chat away with us. They really made our morning better.
