This place is a joke! A place with no parking, no organization, dirty, they don't even have water to offer to drivers.
Be careful! I DO NOT recommend this place. Owners, operators and drivers do not come here! If they tell you that you are only coming to pick up some papers, it is even worse! Everything is done manually and it can take up to 6 hours to get the documents!
This place is not a representation of the Latino workers in the United States, they are mediocre!!

They think they own your time. They order 100 trucks at the same time in a small place, everyone is blocking everyone else. Drivers are left outside the building no matter what the weather condition is, 10-20 drivers in line usually and it takes them 10-15minutes per person. Every single time I've been in that line has been over 1hour.
I don't ever want to be back in this craphole again. Done NYC new jersey and LA this place is worse than all of that.

A bunch of idiots. We waited 2 days to pick up the documents. At first they said they would unload in a day because they didn't want to work, then they moved the appointment up by half a day, and then it turned out that the unloading was in a different place and we only needed to get the documents from them. We stood there for 2 days for nothing. A bunch of idiots.

It is a very messy place to load, they do not coordinate with the trucks, they let them stop wherever they want and we ourselves do not park in the maneuvering area, getting in the way of each other.

Zero stars for the service I came here just for paperwork because the load’s destination is Laredo and I’ve been waiting for more than 3 hours just to be able to continue on my route to complete my delivery I won’t have enough hours to make it to the destination, this waiting time is ridiculous

MUDFLAP GRAVEYARD!
Ripped the mudflap off my tractor backing in. So did this guy- And there is a stack of mudflaps in the street. Warehouse workers here are cool, someone needs to take a jackhammer to this curb

Very bad experience in this horrible place, not just for myself but also for others which are waited many many hours to inspect paperworks only of loads heading to Laredo/TX. What the heck are you doing with just paperworks process ??? Crazy

Really strict on appointment but really don’t care about the loading it takes more than4 hours to load you they are fast to unload but really wasting all your time to be unloaded also bad place to be loading and unloading I recommend for no one they are kind a confused when they are going to load you rushing on unloading but don’t know how to deal with the loading very unprofessional staffs from top to bottom specially the unloading guys

OTR: Not 24/7. Closed weekends. Limited street pkng. When backing, you will have to hop curb. Roll up your mud flaps, otherwise you will tare them off. Quick, follow appointment time. No BR.
