Worst customer service ever when all you want to do is pay and get some assistance. I've had to pay at the self checkout instead because of this. Worst cashier's I've ever seen dealt with!!! Where do they find these people?

DELIVERY DRIVERS!! DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 5:00(AM) THE SECURITY GATE IS LOCKED. DON'T PARK BY THE CANAL IT LOOKS FLAT AT NIGHT, BUT YOU WILL BOTTOM OUT OR ROLL OVER IF YOU ARE FACING SOUTH.

We used to love going to the pet station. Not today. We take our malamute and pomeranian during shedding season to get rid of all the hair and do full grooming othem. Meaning bath, conditioner, hair mask, nail trimming, hygiene cut and trimming hair this usually takes us 3 hours tops. We got there and within 30 minutes we had a worker asking us how much longer. I was barely doing a shampoo on my malamute. If you know the breed you know these dogs will take a good amout of time to be able to rinse out all the shampoo from their first and under coat AND dry them completely (they could get fungus in their skin if you don't do this correctly). One hour later I am blow drying my malamute and we had another worker come in asking again how much longer and asking if we would be okay if another customer used the tub. Mind you its already my husband and myself with 2 dogs in there. We did not agree and he started cleaning the tubs making our dogs very nervous. Behind him a girl with a pit bull on a muzzle came in being rude and screaming to us telling us to get out already. To which the worker who was still inside with us cleaning didn't say anything. We have gone other times and the workers always tell you they don't know the wait time if someone is already in there and we had never minded because we understand each breed takes a different time. We have also had employees other times tell us it might be a good waiting if they have big dogs. But these employees made the situation escalate instead of helping it. This could of turned into a very ugly situation.

I placed an online order on 12/02/23. I was given a tracking number on 12/05/23. As of today, the tracking information only shows "label created". I still don't have my items.

If there was an option of zero stars that’s what I would give. Bad customer service. Manager on August 25th at 6 pm Laurie Esparza was very rude. Did not communicate properly when asked about an even exchange on an item. Not very professional was eating and smacking on some candy. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do an exchange on an item of the same value; she asked for receipt but I didn’t have it and told her I was a member and she couldn’t find the receipt and said no exchange could be done without it. When there has been other occasions where I was able to.

I just left tractor supply for the first time. As a new vegetable grower I was excited to enter. No customer service what so ever. I was looking for potatoes and was in line when one worker said the other lady can help me out at other register. When waiting in line the employee that told me to switch lines called the person behind me to ring them up. Then I asked if they had potatoes for planting and very rude not even looking at me in the face said “we threw them out” I don’t know if I was being discriminated against since I’m not a regular but definitely not coming back here
