“I’d like to give a shoutout to Raymond Hernandez, the quality assurance representative who helped me track down a package that accidentally got picked up by FedEx. It contained refrigerated medications and wouldn’t have survived another night in the box at the warehouse. Even though he was being pulled in many directions by many frustrated people, he kept his cool and stayed super professional and kind. He helped me locate my package which was no small feat. I was super impressed with how he treated everybody with respect even when people’s frustrations were inappropriately taken out on him. He deserves a promotion and raise for his composure, professionalism, and effectiveness.”
