“I have to give 4 stars as I never worked at Munoz, but met both Mr and Mrs. Munoz. They were so nice and professional. Talked to Mrs. Munoz and was impressed how well she was dressed and acted. So, it is surprising to read the negative reviews. Thought they would be a great company. I did pull a couple of their loads for them and no problems.”

“Wow I took a picture so I could remember the driver of the truck. He is a great driver ,he stayed at a good speed in the middle lane. Even while other rude semi truck drivers passed us & him on both sides at the same time. Bravo ? thank you for hiring great drivers. I think truck number was 357 keep up the great work ?”

“I’d like to give a shoutout to Raymond Hernandez, the quality assurance representative who helped me track down a package that accidentally got picked up by FedEx. It contained refrigerated medications and wouldn’t have survived another night in the box at the warehouse. Even though he was being pulled in many directions by many frustrated people, he kept his cool and stayed super professional and kind. He helped me locate my package which was no small feat. I was super impressed with how he treated everybody with respect even when people’s frustrations were inappropriately taken out on him. He deserves a promotion and raise for his composure, professionalism, and effectiveness.”
