The worst medical supply store. I highly do not recommend them to anyone that has a loved one with needs. They will never deliver your wheelchair on time. They always make excuses.

I got a wheelchair from this company and 6 months later the chair caught fire with me on it. After 3 months of waiting they gave me another one. Four months later the leg rest and seat belt on the chair broke. Six months later my new wheelchair seized working for no reason. Now I been without a chair for 2 weeks just bed riden and no repairs have been made. Yet, the insurance company has already been charged. Stay away from this place.

I have to give them a star so they can let me write a review... But in reality. They don't deserve any yellow star . I was very disappointed with Mr Travis. With his people Mr Travis was supposed to fix the seatbelt and the brakes from my son's wheelchair. He took forever especially with the seatbelt, my son was using a temporary seatbelt that the school provide, very unsafe. And no the right one . It took me Travis more than 3 months to fixed. And when we finally had enough. We went to his office looking for Mr Travis .because he never returned our phone calls one of his filthy employee said. Quote ( oh .I remember you he sais that he only doing a favor to you. And that he don't want nothing to do with you guys no more). YEAH A $ 1876.00 DLLS FAVOR. HE CHARGE THE INSURANCE MORE THAN $10,000 FOR A WHEELCHAIR. YEAH AFTER $10,000 DLLS. HE DO NOT WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH US

After waiting for 5 months to get enteral supplies for my son I finally get angry enough to find out they were NEVER Star Medical and don't supply feeding or cecostomy supplies. You shouldn't pretend to be a company you aren't.
