My unit leaks water. It ruined all of my children’s baby books. I won’t be compensated bc I didn’t get insurance but I thought the units would not leak water
. There are always tons of old nails disguarded outside my unit (1000) so I think they just throw them there when they’re doing maintenance. I’m scared they’re going to pop my tires

I've dealt with this uhaul location twice because it is conveniently close to my house but both times I've had horrible experiences. The first time I left a step ladder and when I went back to the location to retrieve it, It was no longer there and they had already given the truck I was using to another customer. After a phone call to corporate the step ladder magically appeared about 15 minutes later and I was called to go pick it up. Today this second time having a postive mind set even with thw first experience, I returned the truck and was waiting per the instructions on the uhaul sign that says to wait in the vehicle. After 20 minutes and not 1 but 2 employees seeing that I was there I went in to an empty store with all 4 employees on their personal phones and asked, what do I do with the truck. After that all 4 employees where outside helping me and the other customers waiting. Not only did I wait 20 minutes but they asked where the doly I took was but when signing my contract I asked to remove the dolly which was not removed. The young gentleman then proceeded to ask everyone how does he remove the charge which thankfully after about 10 minutes another employee was able to help him with. Needless to say even though this uhaul is conveniently close o me I'm not able to utilize them going forward due to poor service.

Terrible!! .. these employees will make you wait almost A WHOLE HOUR in line, for a bag of styrofoam packing peanuts !!!!! NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO COMMON COURTESY, NO MANNERS, WHATSOEVER !!! ... Drive on, if you truly value your experience !! TERRIBLE !!!!

The truck I was given is an embarrassment to such a big and rich company! Brakes were squeaky, manual brake hard to disengage and the truck was so out of alignment, we bounced all over the freeway ! To ad insult to injury , they turn the truck over to me with a 1/4 tank of gas??? The charge like a Cadillac but provide vehicles from the salvage yard ! Unacceptable

My truck leaked and my mattress became wet. Very expensive lesson learned on this move. Uhauls trucks may leak…that’s not cool. I had the protective cover that comes with the mattress plus I had a second cover over it as well. It still became wet. The leak was extensive. I had boxes that became wet as well.

The children who work there are there for a paycheck and only that. I knew I left my keys in the truck when it was dropped off, my mother called, they said there was nothing. I went in myself, they said the truck was lent out but they didn’t find anything. My mother went in the next day to TRIPLE check, and they magically appeared. Had my mother not gone to check again, I would’ve been in the hole a few hundred dollars to replace those keys and what they went to. These children need to be more thorough in their cleaning before lending out their trucks. Poor service overall.

When the boss ain't around the service here is horrible. They are always understaffed with people that don't know what they are doing. Very upsetting how the staff gets when the boss ain't around.

CAREFUL! This guys leased me a deficient trailer and don’t want to take responsibility. Also, the manager left a trainee plug in a trailer without supervision; I needed to drive to another location to have a professional check the trailer.

If i could give cero stars i would. We went like at 6 pm to get a hook up trailer for our car, we drove more than 800 miles and when we went to return the trailer, the people at the other U- Haul told us that we had a massive bubble in one of the tires. They clearly did not check that everything was in order to provide a SAFE equipment for their costumers, thank god me and my family made it safely to our destiny but this is unacceptable and dangerous. Management did not apologized and refuse to any kind of refund. Beware of this location
