Condescending attitude from the two people I dealt with, acting as if I owed them something. Also, I fueled the vehicle before returning it and the guy charged addtl fees because it wasn't on the gauge to his standards. Honestly and fairly a poor experience, will never be going to this location again.

I went to get propane and in RV’s you can not see the canopy all you can see is the combs and backing up. I was away from the cones and hit the canopy and it’s all because the cones weren’t on the outside of the canopy they were on the inside of the canopy after scraping my RV I got out and I saw the cones were there and I moved them for someone else didn’t hit them and the guy working there and the in the customer that was next to him we’re laughing at me I was like what are you laughing At, quite honestly talk to the manager there after and the managers making up excuse after excuse after excuse and then hung up the phone on me very mature, very professional. No, you’re not.

I Met LEO twice while doing business with this Location, I been renting at this Location for almost 5 years now met many different staff, and believe me this guy has one the Best Customer service etiquette that I have come across here, He actually goes the extra mile to help Customers.Good Job Bro keep it up.

Jeanette was so instrumental in dealing with property management. I so appreciate her people skills. She was patient to process my declined payment due to fraud alert on the bank. She had to call into the office to get them to run it again. People skills is what it takes to get things done. I thank God She was able to speak to management here!! Give ger a raise and praise!!! Very cool experience renting a uhaul truck for the first time. It was very easy and painless. It was about $60 to rent a uhaul in town for about two hours (but I could have kept it for four). That price included $15.00 insurance to protect you from most forms of damage to the vehicle but I only drove 15 miles so I didn't really need it-- but I felt more confident driving a 10' van knowing I had that protection. I would do it again for sure and would urge anyone to give it a try if they're looking for an inexpensive way to rent a van to move things around for a few hours.

Had rented on this facility for years, couldn’t return on time, receive call from facility saying “we need vehicle today”, and they we’re charging another day, it was fine, so I could use it another day, but guy said no, we need it today, will place a note you’ll bring it late instead of charging an additional day, once I come in, guy said no it wasn’t what he said, and I told him them I should had recorded phone conversation, he laughs and said you should had jaja

The customer service at this location was excellent, and I do not through that work around easily. The gentleman that helped us by the last name of Forte possessed amazing customer service skills, he was; professional, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, provided fast service however, took time enough to answer my questions without my feeling rushed, and even took the time to explain other services that I had no idea U-Haul provided such as filling up propane tanks (at a price far less than exchanging tanks at Sam's Club or Walmart.) I will definitely go out of my way to patronize this store in the future. Thank you U-Haul for a wonderful experience and I will see you again very soon!

I enjoyed the process from start to finish. I went inside a week before to make my reservation. Everyone was professional and courteous. The trainee did a fantastic job explaining things to me, and as he mentioned, I received a reminder a day prior regarding what to bring to pick up my rental. The truck and trailer were clean and ready to go. Drop-off was super simple, and I would use this location again if I need to tow my motorcycle. Thank you all!

I am a senior and I came to this location today to refill my propane tanks and Iris was such a delight. She loaded them into my truck and made this such an easy experience. She has such a great attitude.

My mirror wasn’t properly on and almost caused 3 accidents I had to have someone stick their head out to see if it’s ok since I couldn’t check my passenger mirror . Mentioned multiple times I need a dolly I’m moving heavy things . I’ve rented 17 uhauls within 3 months for work . They progressively got worse . You’d imagine being a regular renter you’d get better treatment. My last rental with u haul . For any of my businesses

I have been renting trucks from this company for 15 + years, going more than 800 miles and never had an issue. I called and made a reservation for a pick up truck for four hours and i cant believe the hassle i went through. I was informed that I couldn't rent the truck because my license did not show my current address. I was asked to bring a bill. This could have been done if they would have informed me the day prior when i made the phone reservation. Everyone in this place has a name tag that says "owner" but the incompetence at this location makes me question that. After finally getting the truck (two hours later) we were just handed the keys and had to look for the designated truck ourselves. Upon returning the truck, we encountered a problem with a cocky employee that lacked common sense, and tried to accuse us of the dents on the truck. We were never told to upload pictures when we rented the truck to a e-mail that supposedly they sent us (none). Because of prior rentals, I knew to take pictures before leaving the parking lot for any damage. This employee was accusatory and rude. I would have given this location a zero rating if it wasn't for one employee who was courteous and had the common sense to tell that the dent was old. I do NOT recommend this location. I would have fired the cocky employee on the spot if he ever treated a customer the way we were treated on this day. What a nightmare!! Save yourself some grief and rent elsewhere. The truck was dirty when we picked it up, and i returned it the same way. Pictured are of the truck prior to leaving their parking lot.
