Rented a U-Haul from Salt Lake City Utah drove it to Elpaso, Texas or drop off was at postal world. It does sit back and we did not realize that we were bringing it to postal world. The U-Haul place in Utah. Did not explain that to us when we got there and found it, the owner was awesome. He was a real guy. One of the nicest people we met at our stay there. He was able to check it all in. Everything looked great. He was super nice. I was very helpful. I would recommend this as a drop off spot if you’re dropping off in Elpaso, Texas

Jorge runs the place. very straight up guy tells you how it is 100% did a one-way from SLC to El Paso. This was our drop-off location. He's a multitasker which is rare to find nowadays. Very clean business. Not a single issue or problem dealing with this guy. Sounds like the other reviews were reviewed from another business location not his.

Tried to reserve a U-haul a couple of days before-hand and had a confirmation the day before yet the truck was never even assigned (this I was told by U-haul rep on the 1-800 number after 25 mins of being on hold).Joe Herrera is supposed to be the contact at this location who never bothered to answer the phone the website gave me since even though we were supposed to do the 24/7 app pickup that for some reason was allowed to be reserved on the U-haul website, only until the moment of pickup I was told it was not available at this location. What is up with that??Saw another similar review posted two years ago, I guess nothing has changed at this location.AVOID

There is no way one star is deserved. I made the reservation five days out. I show up and no one is there. I call U-haul directly and am told that they are supposed to be open and the main office was NOT notified that they would be closed. Additionally, I verified the reservation the day before and have an e-mail that was sent out immediately by u-haul reservations with all the correct information. When I spoke to the U-haul sales rep, I was informed that the reservation had been changed that morning to someone in Killeen, which for those that don't know is over 400 miles away from this location. Who the hell is going to reserve a truck in El Paso when they are in Killeen. I was informed that the only people that could have changed it at 8:00 A.M. are the vendor or U-haul, and it wasn't U-haul. They could verify I didn't change it. Clearly, they didn't want to blame the vendor but it isn't hard to figure out what happened. Too lazy to work.
