I just want to give a shout out to the ladies at Ulta this morning. They were so pleasant! They were so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! I was made to feel welcome and attended to. Great experience!

I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows waxed by Destiny. The service was quick, clean, and super professional. She really took the time to shape my brows with the brow mapping and the results were great. I felt totally comfortable the entire time, and they made sure to check in with me about the shape before starting. Also, felt pampered with the nose and eye masks that were put on to enjoy during the service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for precise, beautiful brows!

Terrible customer service and the worst attitudes. They sold us a tester product, and when we tried to return it, even with the manager’s approval, we were met with nothing but rudeness. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least try to do your job right or have a decent attitude. Pick one.

I had such a great experience! I’ve never really taken the time to get helped by anyone before but Celeste was super patient with all my requests and got me exactly what I was looking for; if you ever need to be color matched or even just need recommendation from affordable to high-end, ask for Celeste she was sooo friendly and answered all my questions with honesty! <3

Highly recommend if you want a blowout or a style for an occasion you avoid this salon at all cost I went in for a blowout for my 21st birthday the stylist did not wash or use any heat protection on my hair or any product at that she just blow dryed my already dry hair for 45 minutes as well as pulling my hair with the brush she would then proceed to get verbally upset when I tilted my head so she didn’t rip hair out of my head. I tried to trust the process however that’s All she did, it looked worse than it did when I walked in. Not wanting to walk out of the salon like that I asked politely if she could curl it when she stated “my hair doesn’t curl” (I walked in there with curly hair) so when that option failed I politely asked if she could add product considering how dry it was after 45 minutes of blow drying my dry hair. By her reaction you would have thought I asked her for a kidney. She then handed me my receipt and told me to go to the front and pay. When I went to the front I stated I did not feel comfortable paying full price for a service that included a wash and product and I did not receive that. The workers were stunned and very professional. It was hard for me to speak up because I normally do not however they made me feel very seen and it didn’t go unnoticed it’s too bad management has to deal with these kind of staff members.

go see Celeste!! i love how patient and knowledgeable she is!! as someone that doesn't wear makeup and hasn't had to buy any of that in 10 years i was very overwhelmed by all the products in the store but she helped me get exactly what i needed and in such a great amount of time too! I'm going to look amazing in my wedding day because of her <3

Girls and boys, go see Celeste at the Ulta west side location. She was knowledgeable, attentive and so sweet!!! One of the best customer service experiences in a while anywhere. Sometimes it feels like you’re inconveniencing them but Celeste was patient and took her time in helping me with a shade match and grabbed a few items while I was in line. She’s slay!!! Thank you Celeste 🙂

Professional and clean, warm and welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. This is what I would say to describe the salon at this Ulta location. The salon staff was so nice, I'm in sincere shock at the top-tier guest service I received during my visit. Everyone there was happy, they were all dressed to the nines, and again, the customer service was top notch. I can't wait to go back for another hair service. Consider me a customer for life. Other Ulta stores in the area could definitely learn a thing or two from this location's talent.

I was walking around for about 10 minutes looking for a worker to ask for help but there was none in sight. I understand being understaffed but I then see all of them in groups talking being unhelpful. Went to pay and was so close to handing her my items and leaving because of how rude and unhelpful. I’ve had several experiences with the same girl Leslie and this time she wasn’t as rude as previous times. Her and another girl Emily are always rude and seem like you’re interrupting their day. When I got in the car I realized what I had purchased was used and dirty. I didn’t even want to go back inside due to their attitudes and lack of service. They also probably wouldn’t have had another one since their stock and aisles are a mess. To top it off I had to manually input my card info. Unacceptable. I understand computers can be down but again this isn’t the first time. She was on her phone while I was inputting my card into her computer. Felt like I deserved to get paid. Do better, when I rather drive to the fountains for their Ulta that’s how you know how distasteful they are.

The girls at this ulta are the sweetest ulta employees i’ve ever met , everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Nuray who was kind enough to show me her favorite products and help me pick the best for my skin type. Along with Paulina and Carla at the Polite Society lip gloss station who were so easy to get along with , it felt like we had been friends forever ! Keep up the good work girls 💁🏻♀️ I Will definitely be back!! I’ve never felt so welcomed at an Ulta before !

I don't appreciate being forced to get a foundation that , I don't like or need! I felt so uncomfortable I'm not going to take advice about makeup and what foundation to use from someone who's not a professional makeup artist! Mostly the store feels like they're basically some of the store employees are either acquaintances and some so rude, Ulta really needs to start hiring professional makeup artists and better professional sales team
