Andrea helped me today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at Ulta! Usually I hate asking for help because I always feel like I end up not getting the help I need being that I am a clueless girl about make up and all girly things, but today Andrea went above and beyond was so sweet and made me feel so good after my purchase. Andrea approached me after seeing I was looking at the tinted moisturizers clueless, she helped me find my shade and even offered a better tinted moisturizer, she also went a step further showing me a color correction for my redness without even asking, I really appreciated her offering it as I have major issues with the redness in my skin and again am clueless about anything make up related as I don’t wear much makeup. Andrea was also super attentive and noticed we were there buying shampoos and she also showed us some shampoos which I ended up switching for the ones I had as she educated me on them. My mom who was with me also asked her about some tinted conditioners and with pleasure showed her and educated her on them as well. We really appreciated her help today and left super pleased. I wish everyone at Ulta was like her, it makes you go back to Ulta with all your girly needs to get her help.

The general manager (long straight hair) was incredibly sweet and helpful this Valentine’s! I wanted a fun gift for my mom but didn’t have a bow or bag. She got her associates to help and even went out of her way to find me a bag. Super attentive and kind during a slightly stressful moment!

Instead of chismosing at work and helping customers. Maybe the employees should care about their job and want to help customers because why do I walk in and ask if they have this new product and I’m told “ I’m sorry we don’t have it what’s there is there”. FIRST OF ALL they didn’t even look. When I oversaw it over the employees shoulder and saw it was IN STOCK. It just pissed me off. Aren’t you paid to be there, to assist customers and do your job? Unprofessional and rude employees with makeup so caked on.

The store was unorganized, products everywhere and no much room to walk around. I was there early in the morning so there was not a lot of people in the store, I can’t imagine how bad it would be during rush hour.

I thought it was the day but no, it’s every time I come and shop here that the workers are so rude. Always talking amongst each other and never acknowledging someone’s presence who’s obviously struggling to find an item. The same issue happens not only to me but others that I know come here. It’s ridiculous how this happens every single time.
