Without a doubt the fastest mechanic I’ve ever had work on my vehicle. They provide you with a detailed explanation of your vehicles issue before beginning work on it and their prices for repair are hands down the lowest I’ve ever paid. I’ll be returning here as long as Majik and Jorge keep running the show .

Traveling over Labor Day weekend and on the return trip home the muffler somehow came loose on my vehicle. After going back and forth about mechanics in my area in El Paso, I decided on University Auto Center. I came in on a Thursday afternoon, was told to bring it back the following morning, bright and early. The team diagnosed and fixed the problem for less than $200. Excellent service, funny owner, great mechanics in the shop. They took great care of me.

I do not recommend it, when I took it, he told me a price, and that he was going to return the old compressor to me, which he was going to change. When I went to get my car, I asked him about the compressor, what he was going to give me back (he told me, that he wasn't not going to return it to me), and that I did, whatever it was, you were not going to return it to me (the old compressor, you can sell it, and give you money for it). So he robbed me, kept the old compressor, to sell it, and keep the money.

Returned a missed call and provided a fair time estimate. Manager gave plenty of updates when troubleshooting an unknown issue with the vehicle, kept me informed on the parts acquisition, and kept a fair price for labor/replacement of vehicle components as well. Was able to turn it in the morning and have it finished in the afternoon, but that will differ from more serious engine/transmission problems.
Was overall happy with everything I experienced, would definitely recommend.
