Came in around 5:30pm and I've heard it's usually the busiest times, so I was prepared to wait in a line. But I was helped right away by devienne and she was super nice for the package that I had return to a company that I bought from.

i don't have a printer and use the services at this UPS store often. All the staff are knowledgable, courteous, efficient and don't mind helping me with technical issues. A great store and an essential service!

I paid for a 2 day delivery cost of $28.00,I called the UPS office because the letter had not beendelivered, and they advised me to call the local postal office. Following, I was informed that the card was still pending for delivery. When they mailed the card out-the worker placed the paid label behind the card instead of in front of the card Two weeks later, I received the card to my home -stating in front of the card that no stamp was issued- though the paid label was on the back side of the card. The office did offer to send the card again, but I chose to request my money back.

I loved from El Paso and used UPS at the beginning of December my things came late and this box was extremely damaged. You can clearly see a hole and that my belongings were literally hanging outside of it. Upon further inspection I noticed 500 dollars worth of items had gone missing! I called the store numerous times and all the manager would say is "lemmie call you back on that" or there's nothing we can do..... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 6 weeks and nothing has been done. Avoid this place at all costs, their piss poor customer service has done nothing but cause headaches.

Packages are missing, misleading tracking information, no communication with warehouse, shipments never delivered.

I called to ask if they could print out the prepaid UPS shipping label to send my package and was told it’d be an extra $1.35 if they printed it for me. I was able to print out the shipping label for free at FedEx, then just drop off my package here.
