Not open at 950am on saturday.. Just left there, the sign on the door and info online says they're Open at 9am. Nope - Closed. Tried to call but no one answers and can't leave a VM because they haven't set up the mailbox. Not a good way to run a businesss. Really disappointed since I went out of my way to go there.

If you’re trying to get a PO Box don’t waste your time at this store. Sounds convenient being on base and all BUT, they take their sweet time (sometimes days) picking up mail from usps. There’s usually only one person working the counter and half the time they’re hiding in the back until customers arrive. Employees aren’t very knowledgeable and frankly a little rude. If you don’t wanna deal with people asking questions then maybe don’t work customer service.

After a conference I had to send back some items and I found this location opened. The attendant was friendly and supportive even though we had more than eight 8 huge heavy boxes! 📦 thank you for helping us!

3pm on a Saturday closed. Called at 1:00 p.m. to see what time the notary would be available. I was told the notary would leave at 3:00 even though they close at 7:00. I arrived at 1:28 the notary apparently went to get the mail "a while ago" and has yet to return. Thoroughly displeased with this location.

Cannot get to this store unless personnel of Fort Bliss Military base. Do not map to this store or you will be put out of your time and gas trying to get to this specific location.

Store hours show open on Saturday until 1900 but I was there at 1630 today and it was closed.

They never seem to have the packages and then you end up having to hunt the package down cause it went somewhere else !!!!!!!

Went to this UPS recently and got awesome service. Showed up early in the morning and the place was packed with Soldiers sending things home. When it came to be my turn Mr Vince walked me through everything step by step. I was shipping two large boxes overseas. He helped me fill out all the required paperwork and even explained the process of how my packages would travel from Fort Bliss to Germany. Phenomenal customer service. Will definitely be back in the future.

I paid for an a next day delivery service that UPS was not able to provide. Tracking reported that my package made it to its destination when it didn’t. UPS should hold their employees responsible for false tracking/reporting. They were not very helpful with getting a refund or putting in a claim. I do not recommend anyone use this location for shipping.

The most rude employee I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. She told us one price and then went to another terminal to ring us up and charged us almost double. When we questioned the charges we got an attitude. So we asked isn’t it ok to ask about the charges we were called rude. She called us rude. For questioning the charges.
