Went to this UPS recently and got awesome service. Showed up early in the morning and the place was packed with Soldiers sending things home. When it came to be my turn Mr Vince walked me through everything step by step. I was shipping two large boxes overseas. He helped me fill out all the required paperwork and even explained the process of how my packages would travel from Fort Bliss to Germany. Phenomenal customer service. Will definitely be back in the future.

I paid for an a next day delivery service that UPS was not able to provide. Tracking reported that my package made it to its destination when it didn’t. UPS should hold their employees responsible for false tracking/reporting. They were not very helpful with getting a refund or putting in a claim. I do not recommend anyone use this location for shipping.

The most rude employee I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. She told us one price and then went to another terminal to ring us up and charged us almost double. When we questioned the charges we got an attitude. So we asked isn’t it ok to ask about the charges we were called rude. She called us rude. For questioning the charges.

I showed up to the store at approximately 0430 pm to pick up a package. There was a sign on the door that said closed for 20 minutes. I set a time on my phone and waited. More than 20 minutes goes by so I called the store. I told the worker destiny that I was outside to pick up a package and gave her my name. She told me it wasn’t there. I told her my via my tracking that it was delivered and picked up by “bobby”. She told me again it wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow. She either hung up on me or the call dropped. I called back and asked if my coworkers package was there she said yes. I told her that she is also here to pick it up. So I assumed she would open the door and she didn’t. We both waited a few more minutes then called the store multiple times with no answer. We then knocked on the door and she came from the back. She unlocked the door, walked away and seemed as if we were inconveniencing her. My coworker picked up her package and I showed her my tracking information and she told me again that I should come back tomorrow. I asked her if I could possible look and she told me she would call “Bobby” and went to the back. While she was in the back, I looked around and found my package on the floor that she walked passed. I told her and her response was that Bobby didn’t pick up anyways. I ended up getting my package at 0600 pm.Sent from my iPhone

I shipped two large packages with very fragile glass and ceramic items 1300 miles away. All items arrived at the destination unbroken. Thanks to Vincent for the great protective packaging.

What’s the point of making an appointment with a notary if you’re just going to tell us when we get there as opposed to trying to call us and not have us waste our time.

They messed up my shipping address and I didn’t get my package when I needed it. As a result, it went all the way back to this location. The manager made me pay all over again to ship my package even though they got it wrong. Even when verifying my details it was apparent that he said some of them wrong. The manager and employee working at this location are just not good at customer service. Even while trying to get me settled, the manager tried to mention he had customers in front of him. Yeah well I’m a customer too and am unsatisfied with how this was handled and won’t go until I have the assurance you’ll do things correctly like you should have in the first place. They can wait just like I would if I were there. Do your job correctly and efficiently and you’ll get me off the phone and them out the door in no time. Just use USPS or FedEx instead because this place is a joke. If not, make them read back to you the address you want shipped and make them show it to you. Don’t take their word for it. I do however believe that this store’s poor quality is not reflective on the rest of UPS itself.

I needed to make 4 letter size b&w copies. I had to shrink my original down to letter size. The agent who helped me couldn't get the correct settings on the copier and eventually used up all 4 of the only sheets left in the store. What UPS store runs out of standard paper? Left empty handed, task incomplete.

I’d give this a 0 if I could. I went in there to drop off a pre paid package. I was standing there for about 20 minutes before 2 others, also dropping off pre paid packages, came in after me. The girl working there saw me there long before the other two showed up and STILL helped them out before me. Very disrespectful.

I don't normally write reviews like this but I hope FedEx and USPS puts UPS out of business. I have no idea how they got in this military base but the are the worst value and take advantage of the military (especially those deploying). Fifty two dollars to send a fourteen inch square box home for Easter. Their is only one clerk that works there at any given time and the line for service was almost out the door. The clerk notarized a document for a soldier but that was a cash only transaction. I'll never use UPS again.
