I am sad to write this review, but it must be done. I have been using this UPS store for quite some time and never had an issue. I took a package there Feb. 16 and a young girl took it; I told her if she could attach my label to the box since I was not able to, and she said yes. I left with no concerns because EVERY package I have taken there I was able to track its location from drop off to delivery, and other employees have attached my labels without issues. This time I was unable to track and all that was said was drop off in El Paso Texas at the store. I gave it a couple days and yet still says drop off and nothing else. It has been a week and still package has NOT moved from drop off location. I feel the girl never did attach the label and the box was either thrown away, discarded, or left somewhere since it had no label. When I went to the store after I had been on the phone with customer service at UPS because customer service said i need to go to the store since package has never moved according to the label. Customer service told me that once it is scanned it is scanned at each location it goes to so if it says drop off that is where it is. it just seemed at the store no one cared that my stuff was missing, and it was like an oh well attitude. I am so angry about this. THEY lost my package at the drop off store, or misplaced it, but someone isn't owning up to their mistake and now I am out as well as the person I was sending the package too and now I have to replace it. I will NEVER again use this store or UPS and go back to USPS fully since USPS has NEVER lost my stuff and I could ALWAYS track my packages without issues. I liked UPS since it had cheaper rates but after this incident, I am willing to pay extra to make sure my stuff gets to where it needs to go.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the management and staff at the UPS El Paso store #0207. The store was clean and organized. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.I would like to call out the exceptional service of Diego, who taught me a few navigational skills for Adobe Acrobat and my MacBook. I had a time-sensitive legal document that needed to be printed, signed, and scanned. Without his help I would have missed my deadline. Thank you again, Diego!

They wanted to charge me for returning shipment when at another location they were going to do it with no charge as it should be for a return . The lady that was "supposed" to help me had really poor customer service skills.

The guy took at the counter took my pre-labeled package like I asked him to lick the bottom of my shoe. Too bad I was interested in using their print service.

The customer service at this store is exceptional. There is a ups closer to my home, and unfortunately, they have not been helpful. However, Shelby and the rest of the staff at this location have been very kind and helping me with my service needs. Thank you! ?

I have been this UPS since it open in 1998. Service is the best I have experienced. I have made my living for over 30 years, traveling 21 Days out of 30 Days in the month. I would not have been able to succeed in my business without the special attention these store owners give to their customers personally. They understand that they have to be our very best support and they do it every day for each of their customers.
