If I could give zero stars I would, Someone was shipping me cold items using their ‘built in store’ cold box which should have came with 2-4 ice packs to keep the items cold for overnight shipping but I opened my box to 1 little ice pack and melted items . The girl who rang up the order and built the box confirmed that the items would remain fresh for overnight shipping but couldn't guarantee for an extended period of time shipping. The cold box with 4 ice packs states it will keep items cold for 48 hours. It was confirmed more than once that overnight shipping would keep the items fresh so receiving the items today when they were shipped yesterday should have kept the items in perfect condition right. WRONG!!!! I contacted the store to explain why they were giving misleading information, and a man named Dennis said he completed the order and told the person who was shipping it to me that they couldnt guarentee the 48 hours for overnight shipping.I told dennis that I was on the phone with the person who was shipping the items to me and it was a female that rang up the order and explained that the items would be fine for overnight shipping. It was also confirmed with the person who was shipping me the items that he never spoke with a man. So who ever Dennis is flat out tried to lie in my face. And judging by these other reviews it seems that he is a problem. I would never purchase a cold box or a regular box at that from this ups ever again. And I would proceed with caution before doing business here.

I came in and this man was so rude. I have a return for nike… I let him know and right away he’s like “do you have the we code?” I’m like “well I have the emails let’s look” I then pull up my emails and I pull up a label he then says “oh no ma’am you would have to print that out and come back.” I was like “well in an email since I don’t have a printer Nike said I didn’t and you all would know what to do to help me” so I continue to look through easily then another associate was kind and said “it’ll ask yo for your email and give you the we code” so I find it! Then ok the man originally that was helping me says “ok well now you need a box!” I’m like at this point “wooo guy the min I came in you were trying to turn me away and not help.” “If you don’t want to help me get me someone else or a manager” rolls his eyes says “the manger is not here yet” “I was trying to help you” “NO SIR YOU TRIED TO GET NE OUT THE MIN I WALKED UP TO THR COUNTER!” NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!Asked for his name said he wouldn’t give it to me but I’ll post the pic of him as he went to “help” someone else…

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I left off packages with prepaid labels. The young woman was very helpful and scanned them and gave me one receipt for all three. It was quick and easy.

This place sucks. They either damage your items when they pack them or they loose your package. Just save yourself the trouble and go to the headquarters on Leigh Fisher instead.

It’s funny I went on to do a review and saw that another person just had an encounter with the white man with the beard (Dennis) just three weeks ago. I had a horrible experience where not only was i refused service but the police was called. He told the police I was a black girl who was acting irate. I was refused service because I told him I was going to corporate due to his lack of customer service and him being rude to me when I did nothing to him. I was so upset about the situation and service for no reason that not only did I contact the attorney general of Texas and file a complaint against the business but I also contacted two people in corporate. Kevin warren who is the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer and Darrell Ford who is the Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO). Dennis loves and will throw in your face that he is the general manager for the three locations in Elpaso so reaching out to corporate executives directly by email and leaving a message was my best choice. I hope UPS either gives him some sort of mandatory diversity and customer service training once a year or find someone else who is going to be the integrity of their brand. Honestly firing him would be the best decision but I’m not about people losing their job in a crazy world. Lawyer is the next step if nothing is done. If you have issues with this person, I highly suggest you do the same. File a complaint. He manages all 3 ups stores in El Paso. It sucks I can’t deal with my Amazon packages being returned here because of this gentleman who is giving apparently all customers issues. I feel really bad for the example he is setting for his staff who obviously fears him. I have been to this location over 50 times and this is the first time that I had an interaction with him and have ever had a problem at this location. It’s very sad and troubling.

I will never go to that UPS store again as long as I live and I will let friends, family and anyone who will listen. The old man with the white beard supposedly the GM has got to be the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. If he treat’s customers the way he treated me I feel sorry for his employees. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE man! I will got to FEDEX from now on!

UPS Has no integrity. You reviews show what kind of company you are. You may get away with your corruption but spiritually you will not. You can’t treat people like their life doesn’t matter and think that you would get away with it. You all know what you did. You didn’t stop me but you did affect me. You lied about me you hurt me but one day you will face your treatment spiritually. You are not about GOD or a good person to do what you do to people. UPS has many many horrible statements made by the people you have hurt. I’m not the only one. I forgive you, but I do not condone what you have done. YouTube is a great place to show and prove your lies.

Bad costumer service over the phone. Couldn’t understand the information that was given to me. Just the general information that I received was not comprehensible. All I asked was if my package would be delivered or if I needed to pick it up. Gave my information, and I didn’t end up getting the information needed. I got a whole lecture from the costumer service about how they weren’t associated with ground delivery. When I repeated my question (just needing to know how to get my package) the CS gave me the same informations just a bit agitated that I didn’t understand what he was telling me. I tried to explain that, that doesn’t answer my question, he gave me the same useless information. I hung up because i wasn’t getting anywhere, called a different store and got my answer without the confusion.

I constantly go to my local ups store to print labels and I’ve only been charged for the printing fee. This time I was charged a computer use fee and ground fee just to print? When I went on their website it says :“Scan documents or photosRevise an electronic business fileUpdate and print your resumeCheck your email”I didn’t do any of the listed actions and the lady at the counter was kinda rude as well when I asked about the $5 charge. The label and package was paid for already through a 3rd party website so I’m confused if they just charge anything they want.
