I’ve used this UPS Store multiple times and the service has been consistently unprofessional. Staff often greet you with unfriendly looks, rude tone, and sarcastic comments — it feels like they’re annoyed you even walked in.
On my most recent visit, I returned a $1,000 phone through Amazon. I asked them to print the label, handed over the correct, sealed package, and the employee taped it but didn’t attach the label in front of me. Instead, he tossed the package to the side with the label just lying there. Later, the seller claimed they received a shirt instead of my phone — an outrageous mistake for such a high-value item.
This isn’t my first bad experience here. Another time, I dropped off a high-end laptop and the employee put it directly in a box with no protective packaging until I asked — her only response was, “Oh, that will be so much money,” said in a sarcastic tone.
Between the rude customer service and careless handling of expensive items, I’ve completely lost trust in this location. When people are trusting you with valuables, professionalism and basic care should be the bare minimum.

First time going to this store I walked inside to send an Amazon return and the guy working the counter starts whining about having to do Amazon returns and verbally taking out on me. Clearly had been doing a ton of them that day but if UPS doesn’t let their employees know that that’s gonna be a large percentage of their job, that’s on them not me or any other customer doing amazon returns. Subsequent visits have been met with very similar attitudes from the same guy, being incredibly unpleasant and bitter about having to do his job. I’ve also gone multiple times when the store is locked and the times on google and the store sign say it’s open. It’s clear whoever this guy is doesn’t want to be there. Finally today I went to go print out a label to return something and for the first time in almost a decade of doing label printing and returns at UPS got charged for an hour of computer time and paper usage. I’m not sure if that’s something that is by the book supposed to be done, but a UPS employee has never asked me to pay for that service, let alone charging me for an hour of computer time. 1 star may seems low but I can’t imagine giving anything higher to an establishment that makes me feel like a criminal for using one of their most popular and basic services. I’d recommend heading to the postal annex across the street for any shipping needs.

This is the rudest location with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refused to give their managers name or number, talked to everyone in the place like trash. I will never step foot in this location again. Every single person working here was extremely unhelpful and rude

The guys working today at this store has to be the rudest person to ever come into contact with! If your don’t like dealing with customers why work for UPS store and if your the owner this kind of customer service I experienced today is terrible! Never again will I return to this store! I’m surprised anyone goes to this place! I’ll go all the way to another store before I ever go back to this one! I look further down and I can see why they have one star reviews! The customer service is terrible and rude! It’s crazy never again! This place makes UPS look bad!

UPS on Martin Luther had a gentleman, tall, goatee with glasses that preferred to speak loudly while on the phone discussing how he wanted to go to Hooters from the back of the store instead of assisting customers. Then he proceeded to not even acknowledge me & said “yes?”. He processed my package without even a thank you. Be better UPS. 👎🏻

I waited 10 minutes and didn't move. It's not the person behind the counter because he was the only one. The manger and owner. This isn't the first time this has happened to my family.

A quick place to get returns done. Andy at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. FYI that their computer is $5 to use + the cost of printing the shipping label.
