Upon entering the premises, the ambiance is consistently pleasant, and I am promptly greeted by a UPS staff member. The service provided is consistently courteous and professional, with all staff demonstrating expertise in both receiving and distributing packages.

I sold something through an app and the UPS driver in El paso Texas claimed my 6lb box was 30lbs which anyone with atleast one single or half a brain cell would know this item is no where near 30lbs!!! Because of their negligence I only earned $3.50 for selling an item because UPS took the other $40. Im so livid it's not even funny! I'm so sick of UPS driver miscalculating the weight of a box and taking my hard earned money from my online sales! I'm so pissed!!! This happens all the time! Even when I sell the same 5lb item of something else and I have 2 scales at home they'll claim it's 30 to 40lbs and take almost my money from my sales. It takes a lot for me to grt this mad but imaging someone stealing all your money that supports your rent and bills!

Called in advance & spoke with Seth about the stores notary services and he explained what was needed of me so good that I made the effort to go to the store and ask for Seth specifically, he assisted me with what I had to do and explained things very well. Give the man the keys to the store.

This morning, at around 10:30, I dropped off an Amazon return package. Thankfully, there was no wait time, and I was in and out. Ms. Savannah was quick, professional, and very informative. She explained what I needed to do after my drop-off. I enjoyed our brief interaction and greatly appreciate her kindness.
