The so called 2 day expedited delivery takes more than 48 hours. They also don't give a specific timeframe; just says by "end of day". Their definition of end of day can be as late as 7 pm. It's currently 5:05 pm & I still haven't gotten my parcel. Definitely will not purchase expedited delivery again as it's not even worth the $13.50 fee. Lastly, there's no answer when I called them to inquire on the status of my parcel. It just has a recording that goes straight to voice-mail. UPS is an unacceptable POS!!!

Lost another package. The lady supposedly helped me was actually laughing because she did not want to look for my package. If I was legally able to I wish I could have slapped her that’s how condescending she was. I hope she reads this!! There two guys that worked there before and they were awesome all these new people they have need to go especially the older lady. I wish I knew her name I’m going to learn it. Had to open a claim. It’s one thing to loose a persons package but to deal with a lady who laughed in my face is another. When I know my package says being shipped by UPS I cringe!! Cause I already know what I could be in for!!*Lilly is rude!!! The guys that work here are so pleasant but Lilly and most of the females are so unpleasant. They need some customerskills training. ESPECIALLY Lilly!!

Since these new owners took over, it is definitely not at all like the other people who ran the store.The guy in charge there, the first time I went in there (which was around August), and turned in my brand new Spectrum Routers, he only shipped back one instead of 2; I found out because he gave me a receipt showing only one return and later Spectrum claimed that they only received one.Today I went there to make 3 simple 8.5 × 11 copies. They told me I couldn't use the machine to make them myself. That I had to let them make them for meAfter several attempts of the girl to turn out the 3 copies, 1 larger, but I had told her to cut it at the 8.5 × 11 limit - line, they still wanted to charge me almost 2 dollars.After I insisted that they should charge me no more than the 75¢ since that's what it would have costed me if they had let me use the copy machine myself, then they still managed to charge me tax on the .75¢. I asked "why" if the machine would have only charged me the 25¢ per copy (3); and no tax; the main guy said, "We ALWAYS charge tax on copies".I said, "You mean when people were allowed to use the copy machine, you still charged them tax on each quarter they spent making the copy"? He did affirm that.[Personally, I think this guy is not letting people use the machine so that he can copy them himself and be able to charge a tax which he probably does not turn report.]Also, I hope he hasn't been stealing too many routers which get turned in thereI could be wrong, and I apologize if I am but...sometimes you just have that 'gut' feeling.

If I could give zero stars I would! I wanted a package sent to me so obviously a new outgoing package would have to have been made. They told my sister that she would need to print out the label herself. Uh no! I’ve worked for an ups store and when you create a new outgoing package, the label prints out along with it. These people just didn’t want to do their job. Get a new one if that’s the case

$10 for printing 6 pages. $1.50 per Black n White Page. Go to FedEx they don't scam you like this.Update: I wish I could give 0 stars. The reply from the store owner is shameless.

Walked in with a flat small package and prepaid shipping label. Clerk said "Ooh no, we have to up sell you!". Explained the delivery has already been paid. Nope! Drove to the next UPS and had the package delivered as usual.UPS, seriously....teach your employees the basics of delivering a prepaid package. If you want to upsell... don't be Coy. Place a bouncer at the door and charge cover. Then you can charge whatever you want.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Went on 5/4 and was given such a hard time. Went in with a QR Code that I was given by the insurance company for shipping and packaging that was already paid for they scanned the code and still tried to charge me. First guy that started packing my items no longer want to help because i told him it was paid for with the QR code. (Wanted to charge $27 for 1 box and still had another package to send) So i stepped out and got on the phone with the insurance and let them know what was going on and was told to keep them on the phone. He could hear how rude they were and unhelpful they were being. Once the rep said that this seems like they are trying to steal then they try to help. I had rep on speaker, He let me know to get phone number for corporate so I could call and let them know what was going on. First guy did not want to give his name was even laughing at me when i asked him. I was able had to read name tag for the other but the 3rd person did give me his name. I just worry about how many other people they have tried to pull the scam on.

Jake made my day: I had to return an Amaon package all the way to Whole foods in the West so he helped me changed the dropp off location. He also helped me with the application of Amazon in order to be able to drop my amazon packge in UPS. Great job!
