The lady in the front is so rude. She doesn't allow elderly or sick people to come in with their family members. The ladies on the inside are very nice and friendly.

The truth is, my daughter had an appointment but the receptionist is a very rude lady. If she lived on tips, she wouldn't even have money for a soda.

Staff does not know what they are doing when it come to doing finger prints. The staff needs to continue to check in with their supervisors to see if they are doing what they are suppose to do. Instead of completing their task they give up and tell you that you will end up doing more work than is needed. Who ever is running this operation needs to clean house and get someone that is ready to work and knows what they are doing. Another thing about this place is that they have a waiting room inside, yet do not allow anyone inside the building until its your time. We have seniors waiting in the cold and they fail to open on time. The staff also walks around and speaks down to the clients as if they are better than those around them. As an American Citizen and a disabled combat veteran I felt so let down by a Government organization and how they treat their own people oppose to the treatment they have been giving to all the illegal immigrants invading our country.

My wife recently visited the USCIS Application Support Center located at 1500 Montwood Ave in El Paso, and unfortunately, her experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the office, she encountered a less-than-pleasant situation that compelled her to share her concerns. The incident that stood out the most was witnessing an individual, seemingly an employee, dealing with her in an unprofessional manner. This person, described as "a hispanic female with braids," reportedly expelled her from the office for failing to complete certain questions. The lack of understanding and empathy displayed during this encounter raised significant concerns about the quality of customer service provided at this location. While we understand the importance of adherence to protocols, the situation appeared to be handled with unnecessary harshness. It is crucial for staff to exercise patience and professionalism, especially when dealing with individuals who may require additional assistance or clarification. This incident raises questions about the overall work culture and training at the USCIS Application Support Center in El Paso. Employees should be selected and trained with care to ensure they possess the necessary skills and attitude to assist applicants effectively. Customer service is a pivotal aspect of any organization, and it is disheartening to hear about such instances where individuals feel mistreated during what can already be a stressful process. In the interest of improving the overall experience for applicants, it is recommended that USCIS reevaluate its staff training programs and consider rehiring individuals who are genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. A positive and supportive environment not only benefits applicants but also reflects positively on the reputation of USCIS.I hope this feedback is taken constructively to enhance the quality of service at the USCIS Application Support Center in El Paso.

The receptionist is very very rude. She talks down to people. Wouldn’t even look at people in the eye. They still have the office set up as if it was the middle of 2020 during the Covid pandemic.
