Very poor service. The employee named Robert was extremely unhelpful and rude. He responded in a sarcastic way, threw my packages without the slightest care, and showed clear annoyance. He even tossed my receipt with complete disrespect. On top of that, he personally selects the “positive feedback” option after the service, which feels dishonest.
All of this happened simply because I was attended two minutes before noon on a Saturday, and by the time he finished, it was 12:01 pm. That is no excuse for such unprofessional behavior.

The guy that is on charge has a horrible attitude, he’s more than likely gives you smart ass answers. He acts like you’re doing him a favor and has been there for over a year. I rather drive 11 more minutes to a different postal office than reach out to my nearest one that is one minute away from me.

I had a pleasant experience with Mr Raul Z., he was very helpful, also attentive, and explained details in a great manners. I would say if u r having trouble at other usps store, u may try out this one. I came on Sat, just a few people in line.

Just left the postal office, attendant was rude and did not offer any help I asked for some packages I need to ship. I waited for my turn to ask my question and he solely focused on the fact I had a couple of packages and just asked to have them ready. He then made sure to let the rest of the people in the line know the curtains come down exactly at 5:00. Once I was done he said he would not have time to take care of me and to go to another location. He pulled down the curtains at 4:58.

Went to the post office for registered mail labels and was told they are not available to the public and was denied. Where is the law that says the public cannot use registered mail? Show me the law! I was discriminated against today! I want my parking money back too! This is completely unacceptable! Jesus at the front desk denied me, then checked with his manager Chris who Jesus said agreed with him. Then was told to complain about it at the Paisano location. I was completely humiliated and discriminated against in front of a line of other people. Where do workers get off making up their own rules? They have no business asking me about my business or judging me because I wasn’t dressed boujee enough to be deemed better than everyone else.

I have just visited once, the service is very good and it is a pleasure to visit historic buildings. Great to walk around and take some pictures.
